どこのアパホテルにも大浴場があるのかと思ってましたが、ないところもあるのですね。 少し、残念でした😢

エレベーターか゜1機なので結構渋滞する

The room was old and dirty. Chair in the room was broken. The location seemed old with no storage under the bed, unlike some of the newer locations near by. Service by the front desk was consistent with APA. Only one elevator which was also an issue during peak hours. Overall, I would avoid this location. 4 other near by within walking distance that are newer.

空調が集中管理との事で各部屋で調整が出来ない。28度近くあるのに窓開けを推奨される。意味が分からない。風呂桶は小さい。シャワーはマッサージ機能無し。エレベーターは１基しかない。アメニティ類のシャンプー、リンス等もイマイチ。狭い部屋に対しやたらテレビが大きかった。

スタッフの気遣いも丁寧でフロントで迷っている時に声をかけて下さってとても助かりました。カードの新規登録を勧められたりはしましたが今後のリピも検討するキッカケになりました。 ちょっと気になる事としては製氷機の勢いが強すぎていくつも氷が散乱してしまう事が宿泊中にあり、あとは氷を入れる用のコップ入れがユルユルなのでひとつのコップを取りたいのに3つ以上一気にスポンと抜けてしまう事ですね…ロスにならないかと気まずい気持ちでした。

Pros: It is convenient if you don't mind taking the public transport, and barely within walking distance to Kendo JR station. There are 2 inexpensive supermarket nearby, and lots of restaurant near Kendo station area. Cons: Very small room, and only 1 small lift for the entire building. The breakfast provided by the Taiwanese restaurant aren't worth the extra. Verdict: This is a business hotel at CBD, nothing more nothing less.

Bathroom had a Toilet with a Bidet and a Shower/Bathtub combo. Staff was friendly and helpful.Laundromat with Dryer on 2F. Also a Vending Machine on 2F.

設備が充実しており、きれいで使いやすいホテルです。ただ、コインランドリーが一つしかなく、長期滞在時にはストレスが溜まります。せめて取りに来ない客にはスタッフが対応する制度が必要でしょう。

個人的な旅程トラブルで、急遽平日夕方４時ころ予約、深夜０時ころチェックインという事態に対応いただきました。深夜０時最寄り駅から迷い（極度方向音痴）遅れ連絡と道順問い合わせ電話しましたが、丁寧に対応いただきありがたかったです。ホテル内ランドリーは１台しか無かったようで、当然先着順なので遅くなってしまったのと先客さんが毛羽立つモノ洗ったのかなという様子はちょっと残念でした。朝食時間とチェックアウト時間が遅めだったので、ゆっくり眠れ良かったです。無料でもらえた氷もマイボトル用に使えありがたかったです。

I would love to stay here again on my next visit from the US. The staff knew how to speak English and the room was so nice and clean.

Room was small but that was expected. The unfortunate surprise was the dust and smell of mould in the bathroom. Wall paper was also peeling and generally not an appealing stay.

Clean, modern and affordable

The building is old and not well cleaned and there is a moldy smell from the bathrooms. The location is good.

壁がないものと思ったほうがいいです。めちゃくちゃ薄いです。

場所は、小伝馬町駅と馬喰町駅の間だった。 ドアの壁が薄かったが、値段を考慮すれば、我慢出来る

Small but very clean and comfortable room, as expected of an APA hotel. Only drawback was the window being so close to another building that no natural light was able to enter. The fridge had no power and they moved me to another room that worked, no problem.

O APA é famoso, mas dos outros cinco hotéis que ficamos no Japão, este foi o quarto mais apertado de todos. Extremamente pequeno, tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro. Não tem lugar nem para colocar a mala e por isso recomendam colocar embaixo da cama, mas fica complicado para usar o que está nela. A limpeza é diária e eficiente e nesse ponto foi o único, mas em compensação o aperto do quarto é realmente um incomodo. No banheiro tem uma pequena banheira que só serve para o banho do chuveiro mesmo, mas bem escorregadia e perigosa para principalmente para idosos. A localização é muito boa, e até recomendo para poucos dias, mas como passamos sete dias ficou inviável. O ar condicionado não gela, apenas aquece e por isso precisamos dormir com a janela aberta, foi o que os atendentes recomendaram, mas logo cedo fica o clarão e de madrugada o povo trabalha na rua e faz muito barulho. O carpete do quarto nos deu um pouco de alergia e não havia quarto sem carpete para trocarmos. Acho que procurando com calma dá para encontrar uma opção melhor.

Everything about this location was great except for the size of the hotel room. However, you can always chalk that up to the fact that in Japan, everything is going to be smaller.

The hotel was great if you are only going to be sleeping. It is quite small for me (6ft 240lb) and you have no control over the temperature of the room. Thank god the window could open because it was hot.

Very good price for a small room. Great for night rest and not used for remote work. Too small to spend time in during the day.

The room is small, we booked 2 stays separately. 1 night Skipped then come back for 2 more nights. One room was clean the other wasn't so much but not to the point of filthy. The maids seem to be south Americans. We only away for 1 night and was asking them to store the luggage for us for 1 night but they said they can't which is extremely disappointed and wasted of my booking. I could've try a different hotel in a bit better location. However I cannot deny that this location is quite convenient, you can choose few subway lines or JR

A great hotel in a great spot! 30mins away from Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Sky Tree, Shibuya Scramble. Get the 72hr Tokyo Subway Pass with your Keisei Skyliner ticket online to explore many of these places without having to use your IC or buy a ticket until the 4th day. The Hibiya line stops nearby and makes it so easy to return to the airport through Ueno Station and back onto the Keisei Skyliner. Hibiya is also covered under the Tokyo Subway pass and is one stop away from Akihabara! So this hotel is extremely close to Japan's electric Town! 30mins by walking and even less by train! Staff were super friendly! Check in was a breeze and check out was super simple. Daily room keeping. The staff at the desk also helped me send my luggage back to the airport using Yamato Transport. Hands free is how to do it in Japan! Room was clean. Possibly best for couples without a lot of luggage or lone travelers like myself! The room is fairly small in Japanese fashion but I didn't mind, it was cozy. Will definitely use APA again.

受付のスタッフの対応が最悪でした

I do not work for you. Please do not treat me like I work for you. Check in was not a good experience me. I felt like I was being treated like a new employee being trained how to check people in…why do you have staff if they insist on self check in. The front desk gentleman was cold & made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Why would I pay to be treated this way. You are in the hospitality industry perhaps it would be a good idea to act like it. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Very friendly staff, even if you have limited japanese knowledge. This hotel is also in a prime location in the center of tokyo with 3 train stations within about a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Bags with fresh towels are dropped off almost daily, and you can leave your towels out to be taken away. The room is automatically cleaned every 3rd day while you are out on the town if you're staying that long or longer. A perfect hotel for solo travelers with multiple 7/11's and family marts just a couple streets down. My childhood dream was to come to Japan, i'm a huge anime and manga fan, and this hotel was the perfect place to stay, plus it's not very expensive. In fact if you book decently in advance it's quite cheap! If you need to extend your stay it is 2,000 yen per hour up to 2 hours for late checkout, which for someone who was struggling to emotionally cope with leaving Japan (I cried at home before writing this) that was very helpful. They even have an onsite restaurant for breakfast which provides filling meals for an affordable price! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and patient to me as a foreigner, I promise i'll learn more japanese for next time haha. Would recommend staying here 10 times out of 10, foreigners and locals stay here and it's easy to see why. Thank you again for everything, I loved every second of being in this hotel when I was in, and hopefully see ya again in the future! <3

Great staff, very walkable, your near the sky tree and Ginza

This is my third time staying at this hotel franchise and I am always impressed by the staff! The price is worth it!

APA hotels in Tokyo have very small appartments (11 m2) and this was no exception. What stood out, however, was the rigid and unhelpful policies of their management. In my case, I was to go on a two-day trip to Seoul and I asked to leave my bigger suitcase at the hotel until my return. I had actually booked a reservation with them for that second stay. They refused and it did not help asking for a supervising manager. Of course, I canceled the second reservation and I booked another hotel which promptly acceded to my request to leave my suitcase with them for two days prior to my arrival

near subway and JR station

Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

小伝馬町駅と馬喰横山駅のちょうどあいだぐらいに位置し、駅からは少し歩く感じ。大きいスーツケース引きずる状況だと、駅からの距離がある、駅のエレベーターが少ないので、ややしんどい。大通りから一本入っているので昼も夜も静か。駅に行く途中にコンビニ、スーパー、ファストフード、飲食店あり。15分歩けばJR神田駅へいけます。回りは完全なオフィス街。

Next to the subway station but quiet, suitable for those who love quiet.

Walking distance from many different metro lines, easy to travel around town without changing mid journey. Quiet area but close to everything

Très satisfaite, tranquille a 5 min de plusieurs lignes de trains et de metros. Pas trop tourististique non plus. C’est la 2e fois Que je viens et je reviendrais une 3e fois bonne qualité-prix.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Good location close to Akihabara and Tokyo station. I would stay there again.

4連泊しましたが、朝ごはんのメニューが乏しく2日は食べずじまいてした。 もう少しレパートリーがあれば、、、。

静か。近くに安いスーパーあり。コンビニもあり。昼夜食事も高級店から町中華までいろいろあり。 朝ごはんは台湾ルーローハンからヨーグルトまでボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったが、箸が再利用できるタイプで、エコではあるが箸立ての底に埃が溜まっているのか、取る箸取る箸、先に埃が着いてきた。。れんげで食べた。これが唯一の減点。

朝食は、セットなのか単品なのか説明が必要かと思います。

部屋がきれいでテレビも高機能。朝食が最高でした

もう少しレストランが多ければ良いですね。

Can highly recommend! Easy acces to the city, clean, comfortable and quiet. Real nice coffee place right down the street.
