Hostal Bcn 46

As fotos não condizem com o quarto que ficamos. falam que é proibido fumar, mas o quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Existem dois andarem com quartos do hostal, acredito que as fotos sejam de outro andar. Apesar dos banheiros serem compartilhados, estavam limpos. Pelo preço e localização, atendeu a expectativa para poucos dias de hospedagem.

I really wanted to give this place a 5 because the mixed reviews/inconsistent photos made me a but nervous to book but I have never been more pleasantly surprised. The only reason I knocked a star off is for a bad customer service experience at the end of our stay. There appear to be 2 different kinds of rooms in the photos, one super nice & one not so nice. Our room was INCREDIBLY nice for this level of hotel/hostel. I think they are renovating or something so there is a chance you could book & get an older room, I assume some of the poorer reviews might be about these? This review is for the “nicer” rooms shown. Nice staff at check-in & they let us in early which was kind, however Expedia stated 1pm for check-in & when we arrived the posted signs said 2pm. Room was large, lovely & clean with a big bed, 2 huge windows, desk, wardrobe & good size bathroom w/ tub. Daily cleaning & plenty of hot water. 24hr staff to let you in the front door. Wifi was great. Our only bad experience: the night before checkout, we asked if we could extend our stay by 1 night. The employee said no problem, just ask him 30min before checkout to confirm if he’d need us to move rooms. The next morning, he said the cost for the night would be FOUR TIMES MORE than we’d been paying (over €600 instead of €180). For a budget room. I realize we should have asked the price but have never had a price more triple & were left scrambling to find a place to stay. Not sure why he thought we’d be cool with that

Hostel is near Catalunya place and Sagrada Familia. There are Many place to enjoy sightseeing and restaurants. 24 hours security. But if bathrooms were not shared, it was more comfortable.

Un hôtel un peu difficile à trouver puisqu’il n’ qu’une partie d’un immeuble. L’accueil n’est pas engageant par son look clairement daté. Les chambres sont par contre refaites à neuf et la literie est de qualité. Les salles de bains communes sont propres… Pas de superflu (pas d’eau à boire, de bouilloire de café de thé…). Le rapport qualité prix des hôtels est toujours un sujet à Barcelone et c’est la cas aussi ici. Ailleurs on en a plus pour le même prix… mais plutôt moins ici qu’ailleurs. Comme ailleurs à Barcelone l’ascenseur est un vrai problème les portes battantes ne se referment pas et une fois sur deux il est donc inutilisable. Au final pas de gros loups relevant de l’hôtel donc plutôt satisfait.

The place is very clean the only probleam they charge us 80 euros extra for having private bathroom somenthig that we do not expecting, overall good experience

Stayed in double room with private bathroom, it was very very spacious and clean, quiet and in the perfect place just a short walk away from Plaça De Catalunya. I would love to come back and stay there! Reception was so sweet and helpful, they let us keep our bags there until check-in, and the wifi was faaabulous in the room. There is a bit of noise but I cannot sleep without a white noise machine, so it worked out perfectly!

Freundliches Personal 24/7 im Haus. Nachts ruhig. Sicher. Kühlschrank und Microwelle auf dem Flur. Bequeme Betten, TV. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Kinderfreundlich.

Todo muy bien! Muy amables , el edificio es antiguo pero los cuartos están modernos y limpios! Muchas gracias , además tiene ascensor , me permitieron dejar maletas al llegar y al salir para poder conocer un poco más! Lo único que podría recomendar es que el aviso del hostal no está visible y es un poco difícil de encontrar por eso! Muchas gracias por su buena atencion y contar con alguien en la recepción disponible las 24 horas en el lugar !!

No me gustó que el elevador era muy viejo y no parecía muy seguro. Aunque no tuve problemas daría una mejor impresión del lugar si lo renovaran.

In an age where most places of this size have no human element to them (This was the 8th room of this trip to Spain. At three of them, there was no one there when I checked in in the late afternoon...they would only be there in the morning. At two places there was never any contact at all except with the maids. And then there were two big hotels) it was astonishing to not just have a 24 hour front desk person, but the gentleman who I had the majority of my interaction with was the best hotelier I have ever met. Everyone one else was great, as well. Great location. Great shower. Killer AC. Super comfortable bed. Very roomy. But the world's worst toilet. They shoehorned it in to the tighest space imaginable and then put the toilet roll holder in the most illogical place possible. Whoever designed that should be beaten. If you are an average sized sized adult human, you will have to remove your pants and underwear in the bedroom and then attempt to sit down and will probably end up sitting side-saddle.

Nothing like the reviews, the double room was clean, newly renovated, the private bathroom was impeccable, no mould. Decent sized room with AC working perfectly. It was quiet, the bar underneath was permanently closed. Staff were nice, we didn’t have much contact with them but the times we did chat to them they were polite and helpful.

Parfait ! Bien situé, propre

The building is older but the rooms and hallways were new. Very clean room which was cleaned every day.. The staff were friendly and were ready to help when asked. I had problem with the TV and the staff were quick to fix it. Some rooms share a bathroom but I chose one that included my own one. I also had an outside patio which opened to the sky.

Solo para comentarles que encontramos una chinche en la almohada del hotel, no sé si constantemente fumiguen las habitaciones, por favor poner más atención en eso

The property is in a convenient location to access metro and tourist attractions. Bedding was clean. Ray at the front desk was nice. Rooms are not soundproof at all. Our room was close to the front door and we could hear the door slam every time someone left the building. Could hear other guests showering and in one instance throwing up in the bathroom across the hall. A/c worked but sounded like a door buzzer every time it started. Wiring in the hostel is iffy. The over the bed lights flickered constantly if we had both on at the same time. Black mold in the bathroom. At one point another guest peed all over the toilet seat. I told front desk and he just told me to go use the other bathroom. I went back to check if the toilet had been cleaned. It had but the floor had not and there were dirty towels on the floor. This was my girlfriends first time in a hostel and because of this experience she will not stay in one again. I have stayed in numerous hostels, BCN 46 is old and gross. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to other people.

This hostel was quiet, clean and well located. The room was private with a private bathroom as well. It was quite small and I got fresh towels daily. I had to ask for soap twice. Front desk staff was responsive but not especially friendly. The biggest drawback for me was the bed, which was very uncomfortable. I was there for several nights and by the end of my stay, my back was sore. I understand the whole "you get what you pay for" philosophy so I wasn't expecting a ton of creature comforts. This place was pretty bare bones but that's what I paid for. In the end, it was fine.

For £100 a night I did expect a little more at least a private bathroom. Room is very tiny no space to put your things. only reason I booked as it was in the city centre. The location is honestly great. Right next to Sagrada Família and many more attractions. But the hotel it self wasn’t good at all .

Honestly really good, especially for the price. Beds were comfortable, AC was very strong, bathrooms were nice (large shower), and location overall was very good for being able to walk to everything in the city. Would definitely stay again.

Very central and our triple room was relatively large abd comfy. For the price paid its a good deal.

The hostel is very conveniently located. Easy to walk around, nearby shopping and public transportation. Cons: Constructions in the building pounding all day everyday. It’s not the place if you go out at night and sleep in the morning.

Mi experiencia muy mala, primeramente lo que venden no es real cuando llegue la habitacion que tenia para nada era lo que habia visto en la Pagina, las condiciones de la habitacion malisima estaba abierta cuando me dieron la llave, no aire acondicionado bano compartido que cuando lo rente no lo decia un precio sumamente excesivo para las condiciones tan malas del lugar.

Kumar was very nice, professional and the location is in a very nice area near to a metro station. The property was clean, big enough in a great condition.

The property is clean and neat. Walkable to tourist spots and there were lots of restaurant nearby.

History everywhere!! Even the hotel itself. Great location, I walked to most he sites. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores everywhere. Can’t beat this place for the price. Gothic quarter is a 10 minute walk.

5 min å gå fra flybussen som stopper ved Placa Catalunya. Hyggelig, rent og raskt. Rommet er lite og det er imgen frokost. Men sengene var gode, sengetøyet rent, badet hadde dusj og badekar, godt trykk og god temperatur på badet. Vi bad om ekstra sengetøy, og fikk det med det samme. AC fingerte godt. Perfekt når man skal være i byen men trenger et greit sted å sove.

Such a beautiful stay! The location is incredible!

Honestly really good, especially for the price. Beds were comfortable, AC was very strong, bathrooms were nice (large shower), and location overall was very good for being able to walk to everything in the city. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place, close to restaurants and shops!!

部屋の中はきれいです。シャワーの温度、水量も問題なし。 入口が分かりづらく、夜到着で、ちょっと心配になりました。エントランスは、古い建物をそのまま使っているので、本当に大丈夫かなと感じてしまいます。 立地は非常に便利で複数の地下鉄の駅が近く、カタルーニャ広場、カサミラなどは徒歩圏内です。サグラダファミリアも、ちょっと脚を伸ばせば歩いていけます。 ちょっとした出張や、気軽なら良好にはおすすめ。家族連れやホテルにこだわりたい方には不適です。

Men sengene var gode, sengetøyet rent, badet hadde dusj og badekar, godt trykk og god temperatur på badet. Vi bad om ekstra sengetøy, og fikk det med det samme. AC fingerte godt.
