Funcionários atenciosos e educados, quarto com ar condicionado de gaveta um pouco barulhento. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, pãozinho estava duro, e muita demora na reposição das coisas

Experiência razoável. O Flat tem muito que melhorar na aparência e limpezas de carpete, saguão, elevador. O ar condicionado do quarto não conseguiu refrescar todo o ambiente portanto a saleta estava insuportável e não tinha como trabalhar com notebook devido ao calor.

Se desse tempo, talvez tivesse aproveitado o piscina. Quarto bem sujo e com iluminação ruim. Isolamento acústico não existe. Ar condicionado muito velho e ruidoso, atrapalha o sono. No mais, as cortinas isolam bastante a claridade, o quarto é espaçoso e tem bastante espaço.
