Detvar et fantastisk sted med meget plads og dejlig ro om aftenen. Selvom der er lidt langt til midt byen, så er det nemt at komme rundt med transport. Der var bare en lille ting som ik var særlig godt, og det var at der ikke var aircondition ellers var deg fremragende.

Fine rom med tekjøkken med alt inni. Frokost var veldig enkel, men det var nok mat. Beliggenhet er utenfor sentrum, men vi ville ha det slikt og attpåtil stopper det en buss rett foran hotellet ved behov. Parkering rett ved hotellet.

During the first three nights, we experienced a significant issue with noise disturbances. Loud banging sounds began around 10:00 PM and continued until approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, including a particularly disturbing incident at 3:16 AM, when the noise involved forceful pounding directly on the walls. These incidents created an atmosphere of fear and distress, and we endured what felt like three nights of a nightmare. There were also unfamiliar individuals in the vicinity contributing to the disruption, and despite our repeated notifications, the situation was not effectively resolved in a timely manner. We had extensive communication with the hotel team during this period, including dozens of emails, which we still have on record. While the staff remained polite, a more proactive and decisive intervention would have been expected given the circumstances. From the third night onward, the hotel kindly arranged a room change. We are pleased to say that the remaining six nights of our stay were comfortable and met our expectations. Once relocated, we were able to fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities and the overall atmosphere. In summary, while the initial part of our stay fell short due to noise management issues, we appreciate the eventual resolution and the comfort we experienced afterward. We hope the hotel will take stronger measures in handling such disturbances more promptly in the future, as it would significantly enhance the guest experience. Kind regards

Appartement situé à 1min à pied de l’arrêt de bus. Logement comprenant une cuisine avec plaque de cuisson, frigo… ainsi que tout les outils nécessaires pour. Très satisfaite merci beaucoup

Las facilidades son fantásticas, muy cómodas y limpias. Pero la atención de las MUJERES en el front desk y del área de desayuno supermega discuting. Nada de amabilidad, cortesía o empatía . Bien fría y cortante. La cama demasiado de firme. Por demás en si la habitación cumplió su cometido. Las chicas de mantenimiento estupendas y muy amables. Nunca volvería al lugar, ni lo recomendaría por lo antes dicho. Es una pena que un lugar tan bueno escoja un personal tan disgústate
