I would stay here again. It was so clean and spacious. I needed to use the washer and dryer while I was there and I wouldn't recommend the dryer. I didn't have any coins and the front desk couldn't help me. The time has to be set exactly or your clothes get locked inside. The dryer made my clothes stink and didn't dry them, use the rack provided in the room instead. The washer was fine but make sure you have Polish coins available. Please indicate that the laundry is not complimentary. Please draw lines in the parking lot, there is plenty of space but people park close to each other and didn't spread out

Lovely appartement on the edge of town with views on massive chimney. Clean and tidy but no airconditioning that was advertised. Just a plug in fan. Good parking facilities.

Detvar et fantastisk sted med meget plads og dejlig ro om aftenen. Selvom der er lidt langt til midt byen, så er det nemt at komme rundt med transport. Der var bare en lille ting som ik var særlig godt, og det var at der ikke var aircondition ellers var deg fremragende.

Nice place, very clean property and comfortable bed with air conditioning. The check in is 24 hours with a front desk (I didn’t realise this, nobody replied to my messages!) I would recommend this property and I would definitely return.

Fine rom med tekjøkken med alt inni. Frokost var veldig enkel, men det var nok mat. Beliggenhet er utenfor sentrum, men vi ville ha det slikt og attpåtil stopper det en buss rett foran hotellet ved behov. Parkering rett ved hotellet.

The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the rooms are clean and comfortable. But there is no elevator, and I had to lift 3 large suitcases in the rushes. This is a big minus. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and stuffy in the room. I had to open the windows, but there are no mosquito nets on them, and in the morning flies and mosquitoes interfered with sleep.

My bed had the cover mattress sheet full of hair and very dirty, I found out because I turned mattress around to make it more comfortable. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I got an eye bacteria issue while staying here and I think is because of the pillow.

The apartment was very compact and comfortable. Clean and had all kitchen requirements like fridge, microwave hob, kettle and kitchen utensils, we were very happy with the place. Hot water and a bath was so great after a hard day walking around warsaw. Bottles of water were a very welcome addition on our first day.

Receptionist was impersonal and unfriendly, seemed to be more interested in the computer screen than greeting guests. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, there was hair all over the floor and the room seemed to have a problem with carpet beetles. I saw about 5 in my room over the course of 1 night! Disappointed as I have stayed her many times and this never happened before. I hope standards are not dropping.

Receptionist was impersonal and unfriendly, seemed to be more interested in the computer screen than greeting guests. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, there was hair all over the floor and the room seemed to have a problem with carpet beetles. I saw about 5 in my room over the course of 1 night! Disappointed as I have stayed her many times and this never happened before. I hope standards are not dropping.

Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east.

The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good. Friendly staff, a busy road ran past the side, but after walking all day I slept like a log. The room had everything you would need, toilet rolls, handwash liquid, towels, wash-up liquid, scrubber, cooking facilities, fridge, kettle and microwave. We went to a little shop across the road and picked up coffee, milk, etc, lovely bread rolls, cooked meat and crisps/pop for a sandwich etc. We had breakfast and it was more than adequate. Fresh coffee and ground coffee, teas including herbal and fruit teas. Assortment of bread/rolls etc, preserves, ham, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, hot polish sausages and scrambled eggs. It filled us up for the day. I purchased 2 x 72hr bus tickets for just over z114 zloty, roughly £25, great value. This allowed us to travel on the bus Zones 1 and 2. We caught the 163 bus right outside the apartments (same side as apartments) and travelled 1 stop. We then got off and stayed at the same bus stop and caught 131 bus straight into Warsaw city centre. There is an amazing multi level shopping mall right across the road from the last stop at Central. We made this trip several times, it was a nice ride to experience everyday polish life. If you want to get a bus to the Old Town then take bus 160. It says the stop which is old town.

This is a great place to spend a few days in. So spacious, great closets (yes, more than one) and cupboard space in the kitchen - you could move in! My only criticism was the bathroom - tiles and grouting definitely need updating but very functional and spacious with additional storage too!!

The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good. Friendly staff, a busy road ran past the side, but after walking all day I slept like a log. The room had everything you would need, toilet rolls, handwash liquid, towels, wash-up liquid, scrubber, cooking facilities, fridge, kettle and microwave. We went to a little shop across the road and picked up coffee, milk, etc, lovely bread rolls, cooked meat and crisps/pop for a sandwich etc. We had breakfast and it was more than adequate. Fresh coffee and ground coffee, teas including herbal and fruit teas. Assortment of bread/rolls etc, preserves, ham, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, hot polish sausages and scrambled eggs. It filled us up for the day. I purchased 2 x 72hr bus tickets for just over z114 zloty, roughly £25, great value. This allowed us to travel on the bus Zones 1 and 2. We caught the 163 bus right outside the apartments (same side as apartments) and travelled 1 stop. We then got off and stayed at the same bus stop and caught 131 bus straight into Warsaw city centre. There is an amazing multi level shopping mall right across the road from the last stop at Central. We made this trip several times, it was a nice ride to experience everyday polish life. If you want to get a bus to the Old Town then take bus 160. It says the stop which is old town.

Definitivamente recomendaría a nuestros amigos hospedarse allí. La atención maravillosa, el apartamento increíble. Super cómodo, lujoso, silencio total y oscuro justo como queríamos pues mi esposo tiene problemas para dormir. El desayuno muy variado y delicioso todo. Las fotos coinciden con el lugar a la perfección. Si volviéramos a Varsovia definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedarnos allí. Un poquito distante del centro, pero tiene parada de Buses justo al salir del hotel, así que sin problemas por el lugar o traslado. Felicidades!!!!

Nada do que reclamar. A hospedagem fica num lugar tranquilo, sem barulho. É um pouco afastada da parte turística, mas vale a pena. Cozinha completa, ar condicionado, camas confortáveis, espaço amplo !!!!

During the first three nights, we experienced a significant issue with noise disturbances. Loud banging sounds began around 10:00 PM and continued until approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, including a particularly disturbing incident at 3:16 AM, when the noise involved forceful pounding directly on the walls. These incidents created an atmosphere of fear and distress, and we endured what felt like three nights of a nightmare. There were also unfamiliar individuals in the vicinity contributing to the disruption, and despite our repeated notifications, the situation was not effectively resolved in a timely manner. We had extensive communication with the hotel team during this period, including dozens of emails, which we still have on record. While the staff remained polite, a more proactive and decisive intervention would have been expected given the circumstances. From the third night onward, the hotel kindly arranged a room change. We are pleased to say that the remaining six nights of our stay were comfortable and met our expectations. Once relocated, we were able to fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities and the overall atmosphere. In summary, while the initial part of our stay fell short due to noise management issues, we appreciate the eventual resolution and the comfort we experienced afterward. We hope the hotel will take stronger measures in handling such disturbances more promptly in the future, as it would significantly enhance the guest experience. Kind regards
