I enjoyed my stay overall. The only complaint I have is that I requested a quiet room, and on my first night there was a guest birthday party. l had to leave my room around 10:00 pm to avoid the loud noise from party. Since I requested a quiet room, I expected to give me a room far away from any party. The owner and employees were very nice. The transportation to the beach was a plus.

O café da manhã é básico, inclusive a forma como é servido. Mas estava saboroso, ok. O quarto estava bem limpo, porém sentimos um cheiro desagradável de esgoto no banheiro que atribuímos ao fato de o sifão da pia não estar no formato "pescoço de ganso", que evita o mau cheiro. Um casal de amigos presenciou uma barata no banheiro, e minha cunhada presenciou uma barata no banheiro do restaurante. Entendemos que por estar calor pode acontecer de virem voando, enfim. Mas é um ponto de atenção para reforçar proteção contra esses insetos. Também há muitos pernilongos, especialmente nos quartos (nos acordaram à noite). Talvez o uso de telas e reforço de dedetização fosse uma boa ideia. Também sentimos o mesmo mau cheiro (esgoto) pelo hotel em alguns pontos. A estrutura está bem antiga. Os quartos foram renovados (apesar de não ter sido instalado azulejo nas paredes dos banheiros, o que facilita instalação de mofo e dificulta limpeza). Os colchões são bem rígidos, e a base é de concreto, o que deixa ainda mais firme! Não me agrada particularmente. A música ao vivo em algumas tardes foi bem legal. O pessoal é bem treinado e o atendimento é super cordial. A van até os pontos de Maresias também é super bacana. No geral uma estadia mediana. Foi bacana especialmente pelo valor que pagamos em Maresias ter sido um pouco abaixo de outros hotéis em Maresias. Se ajustar alguns pontos será melhor.
