Very modern, well presented and well equipped property. We were quite surprised at the narrow staircase to get to our apartment, and glad we didn't have big suitcases (there is no internal lift). Terrace and upper floor apartments would be especially challenging for anyone with mobility issues. We were also disappointed that such a well equipped apartment didn't have a washing machine.

The property charges an additional city tax to your stay that was completely undisclosed before you book the room. For three nights, I paid an additional $166. in addition, my check in that was guaranteed by Expedia for 3pm was changed to 430pm by YAYS stating they had to modify due to unforeseen circumstances. Even as they changed it to 430pm, the room was still not ready. They offered 10% off the first night which was pretty minimal considering the service failures were completely on their end. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The charges that weren’t disclosed before you booked the room just isn’t good business at all!

Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep..

Clean modern apartment on the canal. Spacious and comfortable. Online check-in process was OK. Instructions to gain access to apartment were clear and easy to understand. No reception in the building, but is availableat one of their nearby properties (10min walk). Good location, easy access to buses, or a 15min walk to the city area. WiFi worked well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment can be a bit noisy. People could be heard walking around upstairs. Noise from the front entrance door was quite loud (door slammed every time someone cam in or out - should be adjusted to allow for a quieter operation). Overall, well satisfied.

Property did not have a washing machine as listed in amenities which was very disappointing. We did not receive our check in details so had to call for help and was sitting outside the apartment waiting. Door handle on the inside comes off and even though it states there is a balcony you cannot access it. Did not like being misled. Otherwise we like the location and the space of the apartment.

There is no front desk so dealing with AI. Room wasn’t Ready when promised. Someone walked in after we were there with a PIN code that worked on our door (and that person was supposedly a guest). The property changed the way you enter into the premise 4 times in our 5 night stay. We were locked out 3 times in 1 day and the final time that same day was at 11:30 pm. When we called YAYS they said they have been emailing us, but we had no emails and no communications with them. They were unwilling to help us get into our rooms at 11:30 pm. We had to walk 15 min to get a key because they changed the locks, these same keys we got at 11:30 pm were then changed again the next morning and we had to get new keys again the next morning. The floors were dirty with crumbs from previous guests. The kitchen table had dried coffee rings and crumbs on it, which I washed off upon checking in. The pillows had brown staining on them. Overall, the time and hassle spent getting access to our unit is not worth staying again. I wouldn’t stay again.

Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Area was quiet but you can hear others staying above and next to you. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but overall a nice stay.

God beliggenhet, stort og fint. Opplevde som et trygt og fint område. Veldig greit å kommunisere, fikk raskt svar. Både på Mail og telefon. Ikke kjempegodt rengjort. Rar lukt i gang og leilighet. Veldig lytt. Minus for oss at vi måtte sjekke ut 11 og det var ingen muligheter for å oppbevare kofferter til vi skulle dra på kvelden.

Large, quiet space. Great for a family. Was nice to have a space to come home and relax, not just a room with beds. Great location, walkable to core city sights, food and shopping. Kitchen could have been cleaner and need for more towels and paper products for stay. Otherwise, a great location to see Amsterdam.

Endroit excellent et tranquille. Le reste de la ville est très accessible. L'état de la chambre est très bien. Par contre, la propreté est moyenne et il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles pour une chambre à 6 personnes. De plus, il n'y avait aucuns linges pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle...

We had a family trip with our two children to Amsterdam and stayed here because of the separate bedrooms. The apartment was well located. We found the cleanliness poor and despite a promise of a deep clean the cleaner just rectified a few specific issues that we had identified and the property was still very dusty. The cleaner didn’t seem to know how to actually clean, he didn’t move the bin or any furniture to clean around them and consequently we found dirt and food behind the sofas and under the beds. The skirting boards looked like they have never been cleaned and inside the kitchen cupboards was dusty. We cleaned much of the apartment ourselves so that we could stay there. Despite good communication I didn’t feel that they actually cared about our issues and despite telling them that we purchased things to clean the apartment with we received no offer to pay for those or any compensation for the inconvenience.

Horrible location. Your bed is 10 meters close to train station routes. 20 rails of trains roaring and soaring over your bed, with metal crunching and squeaking every minute day and night. On top, neighbours are partying loudly and moving heavy furniture all night and no staff or front desk reception to complain to.. zero sleep in 3 days. Zero rest. Headaches from superloud trains rocking your bed every minute...not recommended at all. Zero sleep in 3 days..and very expensive for the quality of comfort u get.. life like a homeless sleeping at rails. Spiders on curtains... i have pictures and i will put it in review..very disappointed overall

Nice apartment with large windows. A bit out of the way and not on any transit routes. Very comfortable beds and towels with plenty of space. My only annoyance was the shower curtain is short so water often gets all over the bathroom floor. Would return for a short-term trip.

위치도 괜찮고 뷰가 너무 좋네요 창이 통창인데다 천장이 높아서 탁트인 느낌에 기분도 좋아져요 쾌적했고 화장실도 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어있어 가족단위에 좋았고 식기세척기가 마지막날엔 효자네요

Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help. Didn't receive access pin on time and communication is only through whatsapp or email (mostly talking to a robot). We arrived 6am in amsterdam and finally get settled in the apartment at 4pm. Message sent to us saying we can check-in early and leave luggage at their concierge but this location has NO concierge. Comment: It's a nice property as long as you plan well ahead for arrival time (check-in at 3pm) and be ready to be on email/whatsapp (wifi access) for communication.

Great apartment, very clean and convenient. Other guests coming in and out and going up and down the stairs was noisy! I dont think think they were trying to be it’s just the way the layout is and very thin walls.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

Há uns 15 min à pé do centro histórico, o apartamento ofereceu toda a comodidade para ficar 3 noites, casal e duas crianças. Tudo ocorreu bem, tivemos um pequeno problema com o código de acesso, no segundo dia, mas foi resolvido rapidamente por telefone mesmo

The property changed the way you enter into the premise 4 times in our 5 night stay. We were locked out 3 times in 1 day and the final time that same day was at 11:30 pm. When we called YAYS they said they have been emailing us, but we had no emails and no communications with them. They were unwilling to help us get into our rooms at 11:30 pm. We had to walk 15 min to get a key because they changed the locks, these same keys we got at 11:30 pm were then changed again the next morning and we had to get new keys again the next morning. The floors were dirty with crumbs from previous guests. The kitchen table had dried coffee rings and crumbs on it, which I washed off upon checking in. The pillows had brown staining on them. Overall, the time and hassle spent getting access to our unit is not worth staying again. I wouldn’t stay again.

God beliggenhet, stort og fint. Opplevde som et trygt og fint område. Veldig greit å kommunisere, fikk raskt svar. Både på Mail og telefon. Ikke kjempegodt rengjort. Rar lukt i gang og leilighet. We walked about 20mins from Centraal Station, along a scary road to this oasis of calm! Checked in by Mario who remembered my emails and sorted us out with an actual key. The ground floor apartment was perfect for us, just as described. Dutch stairs are a challenge with luggage, but we got used to them eventually. It was wonderful to stay in a quiet residential area that was only 10mins walk away from the old centre. Great pub 50yds away, 2 excellent restaurants 5mins walk away. Wouldn’t consider any other apartments on our next visit.

Stayed here for 5 days and it did not disappoint. The facility is a short walk to and from Amsterdam Central in the Jordaan area. One can walk or take a short bus ride. The facility is clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a safe area. I like that it was on the edge of Jordaan away from the crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants. Communications with staff began before my stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this property or staying here again.

There is no front desk so dealing with AI. Room wasn’t Ready when promised. Someone walked in after we were there with a PIN code that worked on our door (and that person was supposedly a guest). We were travelling a 4 so wanted accommodation that would mean that we were all together rather than 2 hotel rooms. This was perfect for us and made for a very enjoyable stay. Properly was clean and in a good location for Joordan’s shops, bars and restaurants while still only being a 15-20 min walk to the heart of the city. Worked out to be great for us.

Horrible location. Your bed is 10 meters close to train station routes. 20 rails of trains roaring and soaring over your bed, with metal crunching and squeaking every minute day and night. On top, neighbours are partying loudly and moving heavy furniture all night and no staff or front desk reception to complain to.. zero sleep in 3 days. Zero rest. Headaches from superloud trains rocking your bed every minute...not recommended at all. Zero sleep in 3 days..and very expensive for the quality of comfort u get.. life like a homeless sleeping at rails. Spiders on curtains... i have pictures and i will put it in review..very disappointed overall

It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night.

There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well. Overall, okay for the value. Easy access to train and bus and cute shopping area for coffee and food just one block away.
