As soon as we entered the condo we were wowed! We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is beautiful, spacious, and was very clean. The wrap-around balcony is amazing and great to enjoy full ocean view. The unit is next to the beach walkway which is super convenient. The beach and outdoor pool were very clean and never crowded. The unit’s balcony storage had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. We used the chairs and umbrellas multiple days, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, with generous amount of flatware, plates, glasses…the best equipped kitchen we’ve experienced in a condo. We reached out to the rental company with a couple of questions, and they were very helpful and responsive. The Palms is close to many restaurants, shopping, groceries. The staff at The Palms were friendly and helpful. We always had a place to park our vehicle, but one time we got one of the last open spaces. Several spaces are being used by construction equipment which I assume is only short-term while work is being done. (Our stay was June 9-15, 2024). This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it was fantastic. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Really impressed upon arrival. The outside was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The luggage carts were awesome. The inside of both lobbies were always spotless and smelled clean as they were always mopped and vacuumed. I hardly ever seen any sand in the lobbies. The fans running in the hallways are a good idea, every place should have fans for circulation. The balcony was very nice and the sliding doors worked flawlessly. We loved the corner unit and the fact every bedroom had access to balcony. Inside the unit was clean and spacious. Great water pressure in the showers. The stay couldn’t have been better for myself and family.

We’d definitely stay here again! Stayed over 4th of July week. Excellent location, and easy parking and access to the beach. Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Basic/minimal starting supplies, so you’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soaps, and toiletries. Not a big deal, but just know before you go as some properties have a lot of supplies or leftover items from previous guests, and this one does not. Nice as it kept the unit clean and tidy. The beds are firm.

Easy access to beach plus both indoor and outdoor pools gave kids break midday from the heat. Close to many stores, location ideal to eat out or dine in with plenty of restaurant options nearby and space to eat in. Would definetly come back to this location!

The balcony overlooking the ocean was a dream, we at several meals on the nice large dining table out there and it was amazing! The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and serve ware, which was great. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, literally two minutes from our door. The pools were nice too, both indoor and out. Grills were easy access too, be sure to bring charcoal. We also really enjoyed where this condo is located along Orange Beach, close enough to a lot of attractions but not overly crowded feeling, it was perfect. We would stay again for sure.

This Vacation Home was BEAUTIFUL!! A DREAM VACATION HOME! The large balcony was a highlight of ours! The location was perfect, the outdoor pool is huge and perfect before or after the beach, the beach was not crowded at ALL, and I loved how friendly everyone is! Also, I loved how parking was FREE everywhere! I appreciated that BeachGetaways checked in with us throughout the trip! I’ll definitely be booking from them again!! Such a beautiful getaway/ refresher for my family and I!! I loved exploring Orange Beach and seeing all the Sea Life! I highly recommend this Beach Vacation Home!!! :)

Great family getaway, enjoyed the balcony view every morning and evening after a day on the beach and then pool. Grand kids always asked every morning if we were going to the big pool (ocean) or the small pool first. The condo was so well laid out with the main living areas including kitchen large and open with a beautiful view. Easy access to the elevator to get out to the beach. The balcony was where most of our inside time was spent. Always knew the the 3 and 4 year olds were safe to go in and outside with us watchIng from the kitchen. Everything was perfect.. we will be back.

We've stayed at this property twice! I chose it because it had comfortable balcony furniture - that's where we enjoy our morning coffee, reading and just enjoying the ocean view! The indoor pool is a big plus and the condo is well equipped!

We decided last minute to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday at the beach. I didn’t think we would be able to find anything decent so last minute. I was very impressed, especially since we’re used to staying next door at Turquoise Place. It was clean, and well maintained. I probably wouldn’t stay on the bottom door near the elevator again though because I heard everything, starting very early in the morning. Overall it was a great vacation!

This property was far nicer than we expected. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The deck with table and additional heating was amazing. The beach view was so beautiful.

This was a great place and location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly. Loved sitting out on the spacious deck every morning having coffee and watching for the dolphins. The grandkids loved it!! Thank you and we will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views! Short walk to the beach Only thing I’d ask for is the master bedroom to have a more comfortable mattress or at least a mattress pad. Also a little bit more comfortable pillows! Other than that… we had an amazing stay!

I’ll start with we love The Palms. Always clean and located so well. This room just needs some TLC. Exterior sliding door needed to be fixed to open properly, we asked for that and it took 3 days, it was made worse with than before. Took another 2 days and we enjoyed a fixed door for a half day. Awful. Dishwasher handled needs to be fixed as well. Freezer door wouldn’t close, had to have that fixed. Luckily that was fixed quickly. Other than these complaints, we had a great time. Just minor things that need to be fixed in the room.

This condo was exactly as pictured, so spacious and 3 bathrooms was amazing! We spent every morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins! We’ve never seen so many dolphins at any other condo before! Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfy, perfect for my husband and 3 teens! The beach access was so close as well, we will definitely be back or recommend to friends!

We absolutely loved this unit and it’s location! The owner was amazing and so helpful. He answered any and all questions we had! The condo was beautiful and so clean! The view was amazing! We were able to see the dolphins several times. Our kids loved it! The beach wasn’t over crowded or busy! The beach chair rental guy was super friendly and made it easy! The check in and out was a breeze! The elevators worked great! I loved the smaller building and not having an overly busy area! This was one of our most relaxing and easy vacations and my whole family loved it. The beach was so beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed! We were right by lots of great restaurants! The owner was wonderful and I just can’t say enough about how great he was and how great this condo was! We will definitely want to come back and stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful week for our family!
We absolutely loved this unit and it’s location! The owner was amazing and so helpful. He answered any and all questions we had! The condo was beautiful and so clean! The view was amazing! We were able to see the dolphins several times. Our kids loved it! The beach wasn’t over crowded or busy! The beach chair rental guy was super friendly and made it easy! The check in and out was a breeze! The elevators worked great! I loved the smaller building and not having an overly busy area! This was one of our most relaxing and easy vacations and my whole family loved it. The beach was so beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed! We were right by lots of great restaurants! The owner was wonderful and I just can’t say enough about how great he was and how great this condo was! The Palms was AMAZING! It was an accurate description of the condo.The staff at Alabama Getaways could not have been anymore nicer or helpful. The only complaint I would have is our condo was ready to check in at 12pm and because we were waiting on a dresser handle to be matched and installed we haf to wait till 4pm to check in Needless to say that was EXTREMELY frustrating as we were waiting over 4 hours for something we felt as non important to delay our check in to the room.

I’ll start with we love The Palms. Always clean and located so well. This room just needs some TLC. Exterior sliding door needed to be fixed to open properly, we asked for that and it took 3 days, it was made worse with than before. Took another 2 days and we enjoyed a fixed door for a half day. Awful. Dishwasher handled needs to be fixed as well. Freezer door wouldn’t close, had to have that fixed. Luckily that was fixed quickly. Other than these complaints, we had a great time. Just minor things that need to be fixed in the room.

Great week's stay. Incredible property, great beach decor theme, very clean. Property is in a great beachfront location where you can easily walk along the beach and grab lunch at CoastAL. Host is very responsive, property management of the Palms is great at keeping the lobby and restrooms clean. Would highly recommend.

Easy check-in straight to door. No hassle dealing with desk. Location was even more spectacular than pictures present. Location was within all establishments and easy to get to. Family had an awesome adventure and saddened to see our time come to an end. The Palms was a great place for our family with everything we needed. Rooms were nice and clean and family room and kitchen were perfect to spend nights playing games and relaxing after being drained by the sun. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Condo is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. The balcony was delightful for relaxing, meals, and board games. We truly loved our stay. Condo building management were great! They cleaned, patrolled, and kept everything nice. The condo owner, Jarrod, is a great communicator and provided a lovely vacation home experience. We will be back.

As soon as we entered the condo we were wowed! We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is beautiful, spacious, and was very clean. The wrap-around balcony is amazing and great to enjoy full ocean view. The unit is next to the beach walkway which is super convenient. The beach and outdoor pool were very clean and never crowded. The unit’s balcony storage had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. We used the chairs and umbrellas multiple days, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, with generous amount of flatware, plates, glasses…the best equipped kitchen we’ve experienced in a condo. We reached out to the rental company with a couple of questions, and they were very helpful and responsive. The Palms is close to many restaurants, shopping, groceries. The staff at The Palms were friendly and helpful. We always had a place to park our vehicle, but one time we got one of the last open spaces. Several spaces are being used by construction equipment which I assume is only short-term while work is being done. (Our stay was June 9-15, 2024). Basic/minimal starting supplies, so you’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soaps, and toiletries. Not a big deal, but just know before you go as some properties have a lot of supplies or leftover items from previous guests, and this one does not. Nice as it kept the unit clean and tidy. The beds are firm.

Easy access to beach plus both indoor and outdoor pools gave kids break midday from the heat. Close to many stores, location ideal to eat out or dine in with plenty of restaurant options nearby and space to eat in. Would definetly come back to this location!

The balcony overlooking the ocean was a dream, we at several meals on the nice large dining table out there and it was amazing! The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and serve ware, which was great. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier, literally two minutes from our door. The pools were nice too, both indoor and out. Grills were easy access too, be sure to bring charcoal. We also really enjoyed where this condo is located along Orange Beach, close enough to a lot of attractions but not overly crowded feeling, it was perfect. We would stay again for sure.

This property was far nicer than we expected. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The deck with table and additional heating was amazing. The beach view was so beautiful.

This was a great place and location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly. Loved sitting out on the spacious deck every morning having coffee and watching for the dolphins. The grandkids loved it!! Thank you and we will be back!!

We enjoyed the comfort of the condo and the easy access to the beach. The goal was a relaxing trip with good friends, good food, and our toes in the sand. Breakfast and lunch were easy to make with the well stocked kitchen ware. Dinner out was within walking distance or a short five minute drive. Can't wait to do it again!

Some of the furniture/furnishing are quite outdated & in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of unit was not the greatest. Kitchen is well stocked & has everything needed for meal prep. The Palms property is well kept with plenty of parking.

The beach view was perfect, and I never saw the pool so I can’t give a review of it. The room was not as good as I was expecting. It needs updates on cooking utensils, some furniture in dining room and there was issues when we arrived with air in the plumbing and I saw a few water roaches in the kitchen. There was construction/ remodeling on the building right under us and it was loud at times. I feel we should have been told about the construction and at least given the opportunity to stay there or find a different condo. With the plumbing issue, it was handled but it seems like if the condo had been cleaned before we got there the problem would have been found. The hall bathroom had a smell and tissue left in toliet. Overall this could be a beautiful condo with a little tender loving care given to it. It’s hard to use a skillet without a handle and no hot pads available to assist. With all this being said I would still give this condo a good rating and recommend it but would advise it get a few updates checked closely before new tenants arrive each time.
