Hôtel Volubilis

Accueil très professionnel et personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel a une position centrale dans la ville et permet d'accéder rapidement à beaucoup de points d'intérêt. Sa piscine centrale offre une douceur de vivre très appréciée. A découvrir sans hésitation

L’hôtel est bien situé, plutôt propre avec un joli jardin. Un grand bémol, il refuse qu’on déjeune à l’extérieur alors qu’il y a des tables. Les boissons sont chères ainsi que le restaurant. La taxe de séjour à régler sur place ne correspond pas à ce qui était marqué sur Hotels.com. Je recommande la ville de Fès qui est magnifique. Petit déjeuner sympas mais à l’intérieur … Je pense quand revoyant certaines choses dans cette hôtel, il serait très agréable et nous éviterait de consommer à l’extérieur.

Room was clean and amenities were great

The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs. The amenities in the room were not so great - furniture in the rooms looked old, paint and door hinges coming off in certain areas, remote control falling apart, sofa chair smelling damp. I tried calling the reception several times, and was unsure if it was connecting at all of they were just not picking up. Overall, not sure I'd stay again if I have a similar or better option.

The property was not kept up with. It is quite old and the beds are hard to sleep on. The pictures look beautiful but the rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. The bathrooms are very bad with the placement of bidets and the toilet.
