Sky Charm Hanoi Hotel and Spa

ハノイ歌劇場やホーチミン廟まで徒歩20分という、観光に良い立地です。 Wi-Fiが不安定だったのが残念でした。また、少し古いホテルだからなのか、ドアの立て付けが悪い、トイレの配管からポコポコ音がする、などの問題もありましたが、それ以外は特に大丈夫でした。 スタッフはかなり気さくに話しかけてくれます。ローカルな飲食店が並ぶ狭い路地に面しているので、そのような店で食事をしたい人、雰囲気を感じたい人には最適なホテルです。

Good location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning and wall mounted fan in the room were good. Mattress was very firm... which I thought was excellent! Only problem was they do offer an airport shuttle pickup service but when we contaced them to arrange this, we did not get any messages back. It was on a big drama we used the grab app and the cost was approximately the same. Lots of restaurants in the local area and the area felt safe.

Excellent location with loads of good restaurants and coffee shops on a quiet (for Hanoi) road at the edge of the old quarter. Friendly staff and good pho at breakfast. Comfy bed and good air con.
