Sky Charm Hanoi Hotel and Spa

Good location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning and wall mounted fan in the room were good. Mattress was very firm... which I thought was excellent! Only problem was they do offer an airport shuttle pickup service but when we contaced them to arrange this, we did not get any messages back. It was on a big drama we used the grab app and the cost was approximately the same. Lots of restaurants in the local area and the area felt safe.

Excellent location with loads of good restaurants and coffee shops on a quiet (for Hanoi) road at the edge of the old quarter. Friendly staff and good pho at breakfast. Comfy bed and good air con.

Situated on a street that is full of fantastic food establishments, very close to the train street and never quiet until 2 am weekdays. To hotel has double glazing and working AC so noise is not a problem. Internet access is fast, stable, and reliable with each room having a dedicated network and login. Now for the best part of the Sky Charm Hotel the staff ! Reception Violet is a trove of information on the surrounding area. Most importantly they will discuss what you would like and want. Reception can arrange everything from a SIM for roaming internet in Vietnam for your phone, to tickets for various attractions excursions happening in Hanoi to a full river boat excursion which was difficult for me to get for the time I had and the notice I gave. Sofia and the hotel’s trainee Alice found one with availability I wanted and secured it for me. I believe Sofia has a wealth of contacts in Hanoi and reputation is everything in Vietnam and her reputation is golden. A 3 day 2 night cruse in Hanoi Bay that is not related to the hotel but Sofia did this for me because customer service does not stop at the door for the customers of the Sky Charm Hotel ! Thank you for making a positive impact to my vacation.

Absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to everything and a well kept hotel. Breakfast is spot on for what you need and the room was always well maintained and clean. Special shout out to Sophie who helped with arrangements and special requests for my wife for Valentine’s Day.
