One-Bedroom Apartment, One Bed

Habría que mejorar la piscina, mantenimiento mediocre aunque Rosa venía todos los días, poco horario de cambio de agua, actividad de los chorros lo que hace que el agua no estuviera clara, por lo demás muy bien.

Pros: This villa is in beautiful surroundings of olive groves and the pool is lovely. The house is traditionally pretty and has potential, with comfortable beds, clean on arrival, and a good fridge/freezer and washing machine. Cons: the tranquility is interrupted some days with barking dogs for hours at a time, sometimes early and late, regularly woken at 3am to barking. Not sure if this is neighbours, the 3 kennels within 1km or a combination of both. One bathroom the surround of shower completely broken with broken sharp tiles making very unsafe to use, with leaking sink and ant infestation in that bathroom. We were 2 adults 3 children, but 6 adults may struggle with only 1 bathroom. Kitchen missing basic necessity like a kettle, toaster, decent kitchen knife, scissors, and the oven is faulty, door has to be weighed shut with something to work. The small replacement oven is not sufficient. The coffee maker leaks. Rosa said sorry sorry sorry when we arrived about the bathroom and oven. Whilst we were here we had no running water for 36 hrs then again 3 days later. Rosa tells us not happened before, due to repairs, and offered us apartment in town. But when we book a villa in olive groves we do not want an apartment in town. We asked VRBO to move us but their customer service was non existent. We would not stay here again unless the above alterations were made and will not be using VRBO again whose service when we asked to be moved due to water outage was non existent.

Arrivée sur site difficile car adresse imprecise et communication en espagnol uniquement. Le logement est très bien et l'hôtesse charmante. Les chambres sont agréables et la literie correcte mais il n'y a qu'une seule vraie sdb et un cabinet de toilette. Le four est en panne mais à notre demande Rosa nous a fourni un mini four posable tout neuf le soir même. Enfin, l'équipement de la cuisine était insuffisant: manque de vaisselle, manque d'un minimum d'électroménager (grille pain, mixer...) La machine à laver fonctionne parfaitement. En résumé très chouette endroit, hôtesse adorable mais quelques améliorations significatives à apporter .

C’est une très belle location dans un quartier au milieu des oliviers. Rosa est très agréable et tient à cœur à ce que tout se passe bien pour notre séjour

Amazing property, and private setting. Very clean house grounds and pool, very comfy new mattresses and the air con was fantastic, although rural, the near by town is under 10 minutes in car and has everything you could need, there was also a fantastic pizza pasta restaurant within 5 minutes. Rosa answered our questions straight away and couldn't be more helpful. Even to the point we arrived late on the first day and after having a look around we managed to lock ourselves out at around 2am with all our belongings inside ... Needless to say we panicked lol... after txting Rosa she arrived with the spare key within 10 minutes and showed us around. 5* all round
