The resort is clean and put together really well. It is quiet even though it is on a busy street. They provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We were steps away from the ocean and actually saw the baby turtles. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to reenergize, this is the place for you. Going back and getting room 201.

This property has been updated and is well maintained. Access to the beach and pool are awesome and the views from the balcony are priceless. The pool was large and clean too. It isn’t a large facility and we had a little trouble finding someone to help us with a beach umbrella, but otherwise everyone was kind and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again!

Updated resort on A great beach. The pool was clean and sparkly, and the deck area worked out amazing for us to use. A special bonus as they provide chairs and umbrellas if needed.

Amazing place to stay! Peek sea turtle season meant so many turtle nests, eggs, baby sea turtles even! The beach is beautiful and clean in this area and never crowded. This hotel was clean, well kept, appeared recently renovated and our balcony looked right out to the ocean. Walked down the stairs and on the beach within seconds. Pool was nice and clean as well, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use were also always available. Had a great time and can't wait to return!

Clean, well-designed room with amenities, such as beach towels, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Loved that this hotel was quaint, quiet and on the beach. Easy check in and keyless room entry. The hotel provided beach chairs, as well as bikes for free.

A fantastic 16 room Hotel right on the beach. Beach was quiet and cozy with porch at our back door so we could not only see but also walk one step to the beach. And best of all DOG Friendly!! Parks and free beach parking up and down the road. Fantastic area. It's what Rosemary Beach used to be before all the Yuppies, Dinks, and Hipsters showed up. We will be repeat customers.

Perfect location right on the beach! Wonderful pool also. This hotel has been completely renovated and everything is new. Small place, so it is quite. Great for fishing or surfing or just enjoying nature.

We had the best stay at Melbourne Beach Resort and Surf Club. First of all, the room was spotless. I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place held to my standards! It looked like everything had just been redone - very modern furnishings, very comfortable beds, spacious living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. Second, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! I appreciated the check-in text a day in advance and was able to confirm all of the things I needed prior to the stay. Amy and Stephanie were just wonderful hosts! Third, the beach access, pool area, and deck were perfect for lounging, watching the waves, getting some sun, and having ultimate relaxation. The weather wasn't great when we first got there, but the scenery was so beautiful we still enjoyed watching the wild waves from the deck. We can't wait to stay there again soon!

I was so impressed with how clean and updated everything was. The bed and sheets were fantastic and the furnature was so clean. I have never seen a beach hotel be as clean as this was. The lady at the front desk- Stephanie was awesome, she let us check in super early and go down to the beach. It made a one night stay feel like a whole weekend.

Stayed here for a friends wedding that was 10 minutes away. One room away from the ocean view, and we still had one. Everything was super clean and a great space. It was downpouring when we arrived and Amy checked us in and set up our access so we didn’t have to hit the front desk. 100% would go back!

The check-in was excellent; we had informed the hotel of our late arrival, and we received a text message with all the instructions as well as envelopes with everything we needed. The rooms are completely new, very clean & comfortable, with good light and amenities. The entire property was absolutely clean and well taken care of. There is even a small area for pets to do their "thing". Amy was very courteous and helpful.

This is a dream beach hotel directly on the beach. The room was beautiful and very large. There are ocean views from the living room and the bedroom. The shower was fantastic with a waterfall shower head and a gorgeous tile mural. The pool was right outside our room with the beach just steps away. We are definitely coming back here soon!!!

The resort is nice and we've enjoyed our stay very much, the resort is right on the beach and it's being recently remodeled but has some issues, We couldn't sleep well due to the ceiling fan light constantly turning on, the toilet felt loose, other than that we definitely coming back

Good for a couple nights. Only complaint was mattresses were rock hard. Walk from your door just steps onto the beach. Location could not be beat. Clean, updated rooms that had plenty of space to move around. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic time. It was myself and three other girlfriends. We booked the family suite 1 king, 1 queen, and a sofa bed. My friends were going to sleep on the queen but the springs were broken and digging in their back. Thankfully the sofa bed mattress was actually comfortable and they slept on there. Otherwise, the location was perfect.

This is a very well maintained and updated resort. The rooms are well decorated and I was very impressed by the design and attention to details in the room. My only complaint is that I found the AC to be very loud, there was a rattle/vibration in the vent everytime it turned on. This did disturb my sleep as I am a very light sleeper.

Where do I begin. Property has awesome communication! Answer any question promptly through their text messaging system. Very Accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out as we had two different rooms overlapping during the weekend. Personal number for property manager for 24 hr access is impeccable! Will stay again for sure!!!

Manger and her kid walks by your room every 5 mins til dark. Rules after rules more then my own mother. Didn’t want to stay another night. Wouldn’t give refund for 2st night. Said I was smoking iv never smoked a day in my life. It’s just a loophole for them to keep your money. defamation of character Lawsuit against them about to happen.

We had an excellent stay at the Melbourne Beach Resort. Manager Amy was wonderful to deal with - and she went above and beyond expectations by shipping some forgotten items to us after we departed. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and sparkling clean with good amenities. The beach was steps away, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Dining options were plentiful in the town of Melbourne Beach, a 10 minute drive away. We can definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Melbourne Beach Resort. Manager Amy was wonderful to deal with - and she went above and beyond expectations by shipping some forgotten items to us after we departed. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and sparkling clean with good amenities. The beach was steps away, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Dining options were plentiful in the town of Melbourne Beach, a 10 minute drive away. We can definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

I was so impressed with how clean and updated everything was. The bed and sheets were fantastic and the furnature was so clean. I have never seen a beach hotel be as clean as this was. The lady at the front desk- Stephanie was awesome, she let us check in super early and go down to the beach. It made a one night stay feel like a whole weekend.

Stayed here for a friends wedding that was 10 minutes away. One room away from the ocean view, and we still had one. Everything was super clean and a great space. It was downpouring when we arrived and Amy checked us in and set up our access so we didn’t have to hit the front desk. 100% would go back!

This was the best beachfront hotel we've ever stayed at! The proximity to the beach, the quiet area (very few people), and the staff were amazing! We flew in and didn't have beach chairs or supplies, but that wasn't a problem! The pool was heated, and the staff were incredible! The resort had chairs & umbrellas for use, and the tenants leave beach toys and boogie boards for others to enjoy! There were a lot of little, unique seashells, but not a lot of big ones. There is a shelf where shells collect that can be accessed at low tide. We'll definitely be going back. Room 101 on the first floor is the best room with the best view and most privacy!

We loved our stay at the Melbourne Beach Resort & Surf Club. We were looking for a clean place to stay that was off of the beaten path and far away from high-rise resorts. This turned out to be the perfect place! It operates almost like a Bed & Breakfast: cleaning is available on request and it's easy to get fresh towels from the front desk. They also provide beach towels and beach chairs, which was a very welcome amenity. The rooms were nicely decorated in a mid-century / Japandi style and spacious. The staff was always kind and helpful! We will be visiting them again some day!!!

Amazing place to stay! Peek sea turtle season meant so many turtle nests, eggs, baby sea turtles even! The beach is beautiful and clean in this area and never crowded. This hotel was clean, well kept, appeared recently renovated and our balcony looked right out to the ocean. Walked down the stairs and on the beach within seconds. Pool was nice and clean as well, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use were also always available. Had a great time and can't wait to return!

Very nice Hotel; perfect location right on the beach. Very new (recently completely renovated), very clean with very stylish interior. Clearly a recommendation when staying at the Indian shore coast. Breakfast available in perfect place nearby in Melbourne, also directly on the beach.

We were here just a couple of months ago for turtle nesting, so we would have been remiss if we didn’t come back and leave another five-star review after our latest stay! This time, we came for our first-ever turtle nest dig, which was absolutely amazing—and, of course, Melbourne Beach Resort delivered once again. The views are incredible, the property is spotless, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is truly the best. We loved grilling out, relaxing by the pool, using the pool floats, and having the beach chairs and umbrellas available for us. It’s all of those thoughtful touches that make staying here so easy and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Stephanie, who is always so helpful with our questions and goes above and beyond to make sure our check-in and entire stay are smooth and awesome. She is such a wonderful part of what makes this place special! We absolutely love Melbourne Beach Resort and can’t wait to come back for our next visit. Five stars, every time!

Our oceanfront room was amazing. Sea oats lined our patio. The sand greeted you as you walked out. This property is quite small -- you might miss it if you drive fast. That is part of the charm. It felt homey and intimate. The antithesis of being in a large hotel. There were not many guests when we visited, so we had the pool almost to ourselves. The housekeeper was very attentive. The little laundry facility came in very handy (though we had to get change for the machine). Just loved the place.
