First thing first could not lock the sliding glass door. It was actually broken. Towel in the bathroom look like they used it to clean floor big brown stains on it. The grout in bathroom brown from mold or whatever. Could not contact manager for hours and then they would not offer new room or money back. Had the nerve to tell us the owner stayed in that room but there is no way in hell they would stay in that room. Lost over 600 because they would not help. Total trash of a place.

We stayed at this complex a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. We booked this unit this year because it was available. Upon arrival we walked through the unit. We pulled back the comforter and sheets. The sheets had spots on them and had hard pieces of "white chips" and hard "blue circular" particles on the sheets. The comforter had dried blood and yellow crusty stains on it. There is no matress pad and the mattress had bodily fluid stained on it. Bathroom drawer was filled with hair and wiskers. I called management right away and she sent the rude housekeeper back. The rude housekeeper said everything was just washed and everything was clean. I said there was no way this stuff was just washed! She took pictures and video, walked out and left. We asked the housekeeper to come back and replace sheets and comforter. She said this unit doesn't have extra of anything and left again. Management said they would bring us new sheets the next day! We were so disappointed in the way we were treated and wont be back. If you book this unit, walk around in light colored socks lol

Great kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Well maintained. Furniture comfort was average.

Grew up in NSB and my parents still live in the area. My mom is in rehab at the facility just down the street. This was a great location… not only on the beach but near the facility. Had a little snafu with the lock, but Vanessa the host was very responsive. Great stay!!

Our chosen property is a fun stay that we have been doing for decades. These small condos have been redone, and are much nicer than in the past. We had issues with TVs not working, toilet stoppage and AC upon arrival. We arrived after midnight but our son had turned on the AC for us. Parking is a problem since the on-sight lot and parking across the street were full. My husband parked across the street at unrelated business, so we had to move the car early AM. Our AC in the bedroom was always inadequate with the tiny wall unit, rotating fan and ceiling fan still leaving us uncomfortable. The kitchen is tiny but adequate for our needs. We were a group of up to 20 with family and friends staying in several first floor rooms. We used the available grills for cooking steaks. The pool is perfect with chairs, tables and umbrellas. We will definitely be back since we can rent for the number of days we need.
