O quarto e o banheiro estão funcionais, porém com aspecto antigo e sinais de desgaste que indicam necessidade de renovação. Os móveis, acabamentos, iluminação e revestimentos poderiam ser modernizados para proporcionar mais conforto, sofisticação e melhor experiência ao hóspede. No banheiro, a atualização de louças, metais, box e revestimentos também traria melhor aparência, sensação de limpeza e valorização do ambiente.
