Nao é padrao 5 estrelas Cafe da manhã não tem opção de omeletes e pratos feitos na hora. Sem roupões nos quartos para SPA, academia muito calor, sem toalhas para malhar e para piscina e não tinha ninguém para apoiar. Não gostamos do serviço. Muito quente no Quarto e na academia. Colchão no quarto tinha buracos.

The hotel is on a beautiful site, the staff were friendly despite some of the language barrier. Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were really responsive when you made requests. The kids enjoyed the swimming and I enjoyed the spa facilities and we would definitely return.

Tivemos um pequeno constrangimento com os carregadores para o carro eléctrico. Têm 3 mas só 1 estava em funcionamento, e não conseguiram ultrapassar o problema durante a estadia. De resto, correu tudo bem, saliento o pequeno-almoço com horário alargado (até às 11h) e a limpeza no geral.

The hotel was very good, the view and the facilities were awesome. We had a little issue with our breakfast food, however, the staff was really helpful and prompt to provide a solution. The spa and indoor swimming pools are amazing for a winter holiday getaway.

Bonito hotel con buen spa, piscina exterior, gim y piscina interior climatitzada. Desayuno bueno pero mejorable teniendo en cuenta el tipo de hotel 5estrellas. Personal atento y amable.

Séjour de 2 semaines en famille. Logement très grand, confortable et propre. Cependant, nous avons trouvé dommage que l’équipement minimaliste ne soit pas à la hauteur d’un resort ( peu de vaisselle, notre logement ne possédait pas de mobilier extérieur table, chaises et transats …). À savoir également, que le resort est composé essentiellement de logements de propriétaires privés. Nous avions un chien dans le logement annexe qui a aboyé quasi tous les matins dès 07h00 et plusieurs fois dans la journée et quand la deuxième semaine nous avons demandé à la réception s’ils pouvaient faire qq chose, la réponse a été: « le logement ne nous appartient pas » ! Quant au service ménage très efficace, passe 3 fois par semaine (bien suffisant) mais vous ne savez ni les jours et parfois 2 jours d’affilé et pas le reste de la semaine. Bref des pistes d’amélioration car la structure a tout pour être très bien.

Everything was great, just a small area in the floor by the sliding glass door that was really pointy and should have been fixed before anyone stayed there. I hit it several times with my foot which was very uncomfortable. Room was clean and loved our view.

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was simply exquisite and bountiful. The staff were friendly and super helpful. My only critique (and for me it was a big one) is that although it’s stated that the rooms are air conditioned, there is no way. We lowered our temperature to 18 degrees Celsius, so it should have been really cold. It wasn’t cooling at all. It was hard to sleep or cool off after coming from sunbathing.

Chambre très grande et très bien équipée sauf les peignoirs de bain manquants. La décoration soignée vous fait oublier ce côté austère des chambres d'hôtel. Literie ferme comme il faut - Thé/Café Nespresso. Grande terrasse vue sur le golf. Personnel stylé, discret mais à votre écoute. Ambiance calme et détendue, atmosphère agréable. Je recommande

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. We loved having the small balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent! Breakfast was included and the buffet offered many choices plus very good coffee. We would not hesitate to return if we were in the area.

Excellent choice for a peaceful stay. The room was awesome, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, great communication and polite. We didn’t book a room with the best views, but was still very nice, we could see the golf course and the mountains around. We didn’t have a chance to try the swimming pool or the spa and in October the playground was closed, so something to bear in mind if you have kids. We had a dinner in the bar one night and the food was excellent, as the wine. They have different restaurants on site and you need a car to drive around as there is nothing much else close to the hotel. Overall, a great choice to relax and play golf!

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We plan on returning next year as this was our first time in Spain. Highly recommend if you can get a group rate!

Our stay was excellent. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out, the staff was attentive and extremely professional. Everyone was in a good mood and helped with any needs that we had. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend.

Really impressed by the service we received yesterday. We tried to check in early as we had a local wedding to attend and needed to get changed first. Alexander, at the front desk, immediately grasped the issue and made it his job to get things sorted for us. Much appreciated!

L'hôtel, l'environnement et la réception sont remarquables. J'ai cependant enlevé une étoile parce que au checking-in, et alors que nous étions arrivés à 15h00, nous avons du attendre près de 2 heures notre chambre. Je précise que ma femme était sur fauteuil roulant, avec une jambe cassée et qu'elle était impatiente de pouvoir s'allonger pour soulager ses douleurs. Comme tout dédommagement, la réception m'a proposé une ristourne de 20 % sur le restaurant le soir. A pleurer. C'est vraiment dommage parce que tout le reste était parfait.

Excellent choice for a peaceful stay. The room was awesome, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, great communication and polite. We didn’t book a room with the best views, but was still very nice, we could see the golf course and the mountains around. We didn’t have a chance to try the swimming pool or the spa and in October the playground was closed, so something to bear in mind if you have kids. We had a dinner in the bar one night and the food was excellent, as the wine. They have different restaurants on site and you need a car to drive around as there is nothing much else close to the hotel. Overall, a great choice to relax and play golf!

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was simply exquisite and bountiful. The staff were friendly and super helpful. My only critique (and for me it was a big one) is that although it’s stated that the rooms are air conditioned, there is no way. We lowered our temperature to 18 degrees Celsius, so it should have been really cold. It wasn’t cooling at all. It was hard to sleep or cool off after coming from sunbathing.

Ficamos por 4 dias e posso garantir que foi um dos hotéis mais confortáveis e gostosos que já fiquei. Primeiro ponto: Staff, sensacional, cortes, educado e muito solícito. Em especial gostaria de destacar a cordialidade, simpatia da Priscila que estava na recepção do café da manhã. Segundo ponto: Quarto completo, cama extremamente confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho e chuveiro com pressão e tamanho adequado, além de banheira. Terceiro ponto: Infraestrutura, completa com piscinas (apesar de não ter utilizado). Quarto ponto: Café da manha bem completinho e com frutas frescas e boas quantidades de alimentos. Agradeço demais pela hospitalidade e pode ter certeza que voltaremos.

Magnifique hôtel, chambre très confortable. Deux points à revoir; l'accès à la piscine extérieure est très mal indiqué et pour en revenir pour accéder à l'hôtel c'est pareil... Concernant le buffet du petit déjeuner et à son prix, il est fâcheux que ce qui devrait être chaud est tiède pour ne pas dire froid.

The hotel has many positive qualities, but unfortunately several parts of the resort are clearly showing their age and are in need of a major renovation. This includes the pool area, the fitness facilities, and the hotel corridors. The biggest disappointment, however, was the room we were assigned upon arrival. Its standard was far below what you would expect from a hotel of this category. Several things in the room were broken and had to be repaired during our stay, there was an unpleasant smell, and the room was generally worn, damaged, and outdated. It was obvious that this room had not been renovated for at least 10-15 years and looked nothing like the rooms the hotel advertises in its photos and marketing materials. When we raised our concerns, the hotel immediately offered us one of the renovated rooms. This was a very positive experience and exactly the standard we had expected. However, it does raise the question of why guests are placed in these outdated rooms in the first place if the hotel wishes to present itself as a serious, highly rated resort. My clear advice is either to avoid booking this hotel until a more comprehensive renovation has been completed, or at the very least to obtain written confirmation before arrival that you will be assigned one of the renovated rooms the hotel advertises. Otherwise, you may be in for a very disappointing experience.
