Check in was easy Bed was super comfortable Great to have the pub attached indoors

We had booked a ground floor due to our age and amount we travelled with. We had to book an additional night prior, and could not do that through Hotels.com. We called for a room, and they committed to give us the prior night for the same room we booed so we do not have to move. We arrived and told us we only had a 2nd floor room (no elevator, but could move again to the ground floor the next day. We were very upset, it was difficult for us to bring our stuff upstairs on the hot day. We did not move since we had already set up the room. The room itself was very clean and spacious, fridge/freezer and microwave. WIFI was okay. The Window though is really dirty and needs cleaning. We arrived at 7:30 am for breakfast, and there were only dry crumbs of eggs and 3 cold Breakfast sausages. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10 am. I asked the desk attendee, and she asked me if she should make more. We left with minimal breakfast. Other days they had breakfast, but it is powdered eggs, and dry sausage. It was much better the last time we stayed here several years ago. The A/C in the room is undersized and ran continuously. The cleaning staff had to be asked to empty our garbage and replace towels. They were very nice and friendly.

This is the second time at this hotel. Check in was easy, they even let us check in early. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel is in some renovations so some portions are still outdated. We did not have the breakfast but it looked like it had some decent options. Ice maker was not working very well. Great value for cost of room, close to town and shops. The adjoining restaurant we ordered take out for dinner and it was really good, with good prices.

This place was perfect for me as I had my boat that I needed to park in the lot and they had plenty of space to do that

Parking was plentiful and easy. Safe area and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately there is no elevator and we were on second floor. (2 seniors so a bit of a challenge with luggage)

Close to Oakwood, large room, attached restaurant was excellent.

The parking area is really a hodge podge of disorganization! The front desk was quitte affable and the room seems clean if pretty basic. Internet is good!

Very comfortable bed and quiet. So convenient to have a bar restaurant connected to Travellodge. The breakfast could offer to go items like bananas and muffins for those who are in a rush to get on the road. Would def stay there again

Comfortable, clean and very nice staff. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The young man working the desk Friday evening was very busy and helped my child out bc the vending machine took their money and didn’t dispense the chocolate bar. He was apologetic and very sweet. The young woman who checked us out was very polite and friendly. Great staff and clean rooms.

The room was clean, staff courteous. The Hotel is not really up to par with renovations, some old furniture in the bathroom, mildew and wet base baseboards. The price I paid was too much to this type of hotel/motel.

Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very basic. Very limited TV channels. Windows were very dirty. Shower pressure wasn't great. .

Quiet hotel. Seal on main window as gone so the entire window was fogged up. No view at all. Pillows on my bed were tiny.

It was clean and close to my destination. Far from soundproof walls.

Parking was plentiful and easy. Safe area and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in the perfect location for what I needed during my stay in Lindsay. Bed was over the top comfy. Fantastic. Breakfast was ok. It got us through till lunch. Toast, bagels, bananas, waffles, peameal and scrambled eggs appeared on day two. We were too late on the first morning. Cereal, milk, juice. Machine coffee so I imagine it's a mix. It was ok but weak. :) The hot/cold fluctuation in the shower caused some scrambling but it was managable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I couldn't climb stairs so I ended up with a great ground floor room. No coffee/tea available after breakfast. It would have been nice. You can make some in your room though. Atmosphere in the breakfast area was very quiet and relaxing. Rooms were very clean and not perfumed to mask odor which I appreciated. This is my second stay at this hotel. I didn't enjoy my first time but this time made up for it. Well done!

The only problem was the room i got was attached to a other room u could hear there tv it was loud.

We struggled with our tv in our first room. The gentleman got us another room. Checked that all was working in the room and came and got us to move. Service was spectacular

I asked the front Desk to print out 4 sheets of paperwork that I really needed. They were more than helpful with my request.

El check in y la estancia de maravilla, el día del check out una pesadilla, la persona en escritorio a las 10:58 llamando y amenazando que el check out es a las 11 a pesar de que avise que saldría a las 12 a su compañero por la madrugada ya que habíamos ido a una boda en Cavan , me hostigo desde las 10:58 am que debía salir, gritaba al teléfono y ordenaba, le dije que al menos 20 minutos y llamó a los 20 Minutos gritando, luego fue a tocar a la habitación, salí a las 11:50 am pero no regreso jamás. Nos sentimos amenazados y hostigados por esta persona cero amable y muy altanero. Mi hija pequeña y mi esposo tampoco entendían porque el acoso y la mala actitud de esta persona. Nunca en ninguno de mis viajes me habían tratado de esta manera. Y menos si pregunté una noche anterior si no había problema, incluso le dije que aunque me cobrara el late check out y me dijo que no que saliéramos porque debían limpiar la habitación, cuando había muchas habitaciones vacías y la camarera no estaba ni cerca de la nuestra, después vi que iba tocando a todas las habitaciones con la misma actitud, no puedo creer que empleen en un hotel a una persona con esta actitud. Si quieren hospedarse por cualquier motivo en este destino nunca lo hagan en esta propiedad. Es amenazante y terrible el trato si les toca este recepcionista. No tiene modos ni la más mínima actitud de servicio. No deberían emplear gente con estos problemas psicológicos o psiquiátricos. Andan provocando a los clientes sin razón.

FABULOUS front desk!!

When we arrived the poor front desk clerk wasn't able to create hotel room keys. A new system had been implemented in the last few days and obviously there was no training of the staff. There was also no back up help for her. The next day was the same with key cards once again not working. Every time we needed to get into our room she needed to come up and use the master key. The breakfast was pathetic. The eggs and sausages that were offered, the trays were always empty. Basically all that was offered was toast and some cereal. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs and a variety of fruit would have been a nice added choice. The morning staff should have been watching to refill the food heating trays but he never was. Just stayed sitting behind the desk.

The staff was wonderful

The front desk staff was awesome. Room was cleaner than I expected and also more comfortable than I thought it would be. Overall very satisfied with this hotel.

Location a bit remote from the city center, but there is a restaurant nearby. Good value for money.

It was a good location for FenlockmFalls, Lindsay, and surrounding areas.

The room was ok. They shouldn’t advertise they have a continental breakfast because there was no food available. We went on several occasions and there was no food. I spoke with the front person who insisted there was food. There was none.

The breakfast was bad. Cold eggs. Ran out of bacon. Juice good and cold. Only 1 kind of jam. No peanut butter. Coffee bitter.

I stayed there to start my trip off towards Algonkin and ride the Highlands with my motorcycle… Less expensive than most places and very clean… Would definitely stay there again… Tim Hortons and other restaurants nearby which is good because breakfast there was the only terrible thing

Fan on AC made loud noise and it was very hard to sleep Breakfast was the biggest disappointment So little offered One overripe banana with a few apples A very few slices of bacon Almost empty bread and bagel tray No yogurt, And we arrived at breakfast at 630Am

Nice and clean but breakfast poor. We arrived for breakfast at 8.45am. Scrambled eggs like rubber. Coffee was good.

Front desk staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean and comfortable bed. Onsite restaurant fantastic we ate there for lunch and dinner. You don't need to go outside to access restaurant. Exceeded my expectations overall
