the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and in spite of repeated requests to the front desk they couldn’t get it repaired . considering the high price i had paid for this booking and that i was on a business trip i was highly disappointed with the situation . if i opened the window to get fresh air , the noise from the street was too much to get any sleep and keeping the windows closed without air conditioning just made it worse .

Hoteleinrichtung und besonders das Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und wirken daher etwas schmuddelig. Die Lage des Hotel, in der nähe des Moulin Rouge, mit vielen Cafes und guten Restaurants dagegen sehr gut.

Not good value for money. Fell beneath standards expected from Ibis brand. A few staff welcoming, not all. Communal coffee machine often taken out of service, no tea-making facilities in the room, mould in the bathroom, bathroom fan never stopped, most towels on the threadbare side.

1st room, no twin beds. 2nd, no AC. 3rd, no safe, refrigerator, closet, elevator failures forced walk up 3 stories, continental breakfast only and very little room.

Emplacement ok, hotel vieillissant, mais propre. Petit dejeuner de niveau Formule 1 (c'est à dire indigent). Clim non réglable. Impossible d'obtenir une facture, c'est pourtant une obligation légale

This property needs an upgrade. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was perfect but the amenities need to be upgraded along with the overall appearance of the room.

Los baños olian super mal en la noche. La alfombra de la habitacion tenia mucho polvo y se veia sucia. Salimos con alergia causada por el polvo.

Ménage pas fait!!! Juste le lit redressé. Pas de balayette wc.

Está buen ubicado el hotel, el desayuno incluido, la limpieza excelente, el personal del hotel muy amable, me volvería a hospedar allí, a una cuadra de la estación del metro Pigalle.

The room was acceptable but I considered that the carpets could do with cleaning or replacement as very marked/stained Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly

The room was clean and the staff were courteous.

Needs Greater Transparency in Marketing Upon arrival, the staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was seamless. However, I was surprised by the room’s extremely small size — approximately 12 ft × 13 ft — with the bed occupying nearly all available space and a balcony view overlooking a noisy alley. When I inquired at the front desk, the staff explained that the room I had originally booked was under construction and even showed me the gutted space. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that evening, but they offered to move me to another room the following night. Although disappointed, I made the best of the situation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but the online photos and descriptions were misleading. Overall, the staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate me under the circumstances. The surrounding area is lively, with many bars and clubs operating late into the night — ideal for some guests but not for those seeking quiet rest. In summary, while service and location were commendable, the property would benefit from far greater transparency in its marketing and room descriptions to properly set guest expectations.

Personnels très sympathique, le petit dejeuner est bon malgré une salle un peu petit petite. J'ai réservé une chambre familiale ( quadruple) et nous avons eu une chambre double + un canapé lit donc chambre un peu petite.

Friendly staff. Except the first morning the lady at the breakfast woke up on the wrong side of the bed I think. Typical unfriendly parisien woman. Breakfast was a bit poor. Could be better. And the bed was pretty hard. For the rest all ok.

The room was extremely small; the lavabo and shower was just by the bed, whereas the WC in a closed room.. not really convenient

Above all, it was the staff that made my stay as wonderful as it was. I consider everyone there a new friend.

Stayed here on vacation. Room was simple but nice. Staff were helpful. I had a minor issue with my room, and within minutes they had someone up there helping to resolve. Not the place you go for luxury, but they take good care of you if you want a decent place on a budget.

This hotel is very novell located , a French breakfast is included and rooms are ok. Staff is super-friendly and helpful, even if I am still waiting for the receipt they promised to e-mail me. If you are easily disturbed at night, this might not be forbyou as there are several bars on the street, open until morning and people make noise.

Bonne literie, personnel agréable et accueillant. J’ai apprécié pouvoir arriver à 23h le premier soir et d’être bien reçu. J’avais fait la demande d’une chambre côté cour vs les autres commentaires et cela a bien été pris en compte. Déjeuner correct.

Super charming small and cozy hotel right off Pigalle.. the staff was very nice at all times, bed was comfy, room small and cute, bathroom super clean. Even though it is so central, the room was very calm. Will definitely choose it again for my next trip to Paris!

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, loin du bruit de la ville, à une rue du metro, les restaurants et magasins, sont aussi situés à quelques pas. On peut facilement rejoindre des lieux touristiques à pied. Il y a beaucoup de bars et théâtres proches pour se profiter de la soirée. Je recommande le théâtres Le Bout devant cette hôtel.

Ibis er sædvanligvis et godt hotel, men vi var skuffede over morgenmaden. Der var mindre end 300 meter til nærmeste bageri, og alligevel serverede man kuvertflutes fra pose i stedet for frisk brød. Det endte med at vi selv hentede hos bageren. Sengene var temmelig hårde, men man var hurtige til at tilbyde os et ekstra tæppe vi kunne ligge på. Personalet var hele tiden meget behjælpelige.
