Muy amables, el hotel limpio y aunque es un hotel ya de años, lo cuidan bien.

Lovely old fashioned Japanese Hotel. It is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake with Mount Fuji off to the side. Breakfast is worth it do note it is Japanese breakfast - we loved it. Rooms are large for Japan & have everything you need. My Husband enjoyed the onsen which has lovely views and area to sit & relax afterwards. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Kawaguichiko. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. We used shuttle for return to station but as we arrived early we got a taxi to Hotel which cost 800yen for 3 of us

We ended up not staying there and checked out after a few hours, as we booked another hotel because the place did not meet our expectations.”
