The owner speaks several languages. And was super helpful! Perfect location. You could walk five or 10 minutes and get anywhere you wanted to be. There are quite a few stairs getting up and down from the room. But very comfortable.

It’s not a real hotel at all and have to carry your bags yourself up a flight of stairs

Fui atendido pelo Paolo, muito prestativo e amavel. Fomos muito bem recebidos e gostamos muito do quarto , muito limpo e ponto muito bom .tem um supermercado bem ao lado que facilita muita as coisas .recomendo muito !

Emanuele is so kind and attentive. We talked prior and my room was ready earlier than the usual due to my arrival time. What else can one ask? Location is unbeatable, next to Trevi, Spanish steps, shopping area, pantheon. Super convenient. Be aware as all Italian buildings there are few (<5) steps even when using the elevator. I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Thank you, Emanuele :)
