The hosts were very welcoming and the house was in the most beautiful spot. We saw the Aurora and spent our early mornings on the edge of the Derwent watching the sea birds, ducks and swans cruising past.

Property was not like the photos Property outside neglected Cabot find the front door or even access it safely Enter property via rear door Back of house facing the water is falling due to lack of internal support Rear deck at the back of the house is holding up by round wooden blocks Gardens neglected Lawns not kept green very dry and even dirt Owners live next door on the right hand side of the property which was not known prior to the booking Owners came onto the property to put sprinkler on what lawn was left Needs a safety review of house urgently due to building construction concerns if it claps Pictures online are old photos

Derwent Vista was above and beyond our expectations and a perfect base for our Hobart holiday. Extremely well stocked, conveniently located and with an unrivalled beauty and view. Everyone in our group was incredibly satisfied with their stay and I have already recommended this property to several family members and friends. Can't wait to come back down!

Property was pretty neat n clean. Hosts are very friendly even they helped me to catch my dog. Place itself is nice quite n lovable. View from house is excellent.
