Luciano was nice and super accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at his B&B. He made sure breakfast is ready and there’s always bottled water and fruits available for guests snacks. The property has a beautiful view of the town right on the hills. Wonderful quiet at night. Highly recommended for stay at Piazza Armerina!

L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le propriétaire fait tout ce qui est dans son possible pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. D’ailleurs il parle très bien le français ce qui a grandement facilité la communication. La chambre est confortable et propre avec une vue panoramique magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits régionaux et des fruits frais. Il n’y a pas de problème pour le stationnement et le quartier est très tranquille. La proximité de la ville et de la Villa Romaine du Casale est un grand avantage.

This is a perfect little gem not far from the city. The breakfast was exceptional. The room quite spacious and the bathroom is renovated and clean. Would especially like to thank Luciano for his endless hospitality, friendly disposition and great breakfast conversations. I would definitely return to the lodging, and would strongly recommend it!

The room was very comfortable and this great family run hotel had everything we wanted. Breakfast was great, the views were beautiful. It is really well located for the major historical sites in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Excelentes vistas de Piazza Armerina desde su ubicación. Habitación acogedora y magnífica acogida del anfitrión. Buen desayuno con gran variedad de productos: huevos, fiambre, quesos, fruta y repostería. Merece la pena alojarse en este establecimiento. Lo recomendamos.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

This is the most pleasent stay we had on our tour round Sicily. Very beautiful place, Nice and charming house, and the host is fantastic friendly. He served us a coffe and cake at arrival. He told us about the city and the place. This place i highly recommended

Lovely bed and breakfast about a 10 minute drive from Villa del Casale. Piazza Armerina is a lovely town with many dining and shopping options. Luciano is a delight—kind, funny, available when needed but otherwise gave us our space which we appreciated. He went above and beyond in providing us with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Such a lovely property, and we loved his adorable cat! The breakfast is out of this world—he’ll make you as many cappuccinos as you can stomach! Will definitely be back. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le propriétaire fait tout ce qui est dans son possible pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. D’ailleurs il parle très bien le français ce qui a grandement facilité la communication. La chambre est confortable et propre avec une vue panoramique magnifique. My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

This is a perfect little gem not far from the city. The breakfast was exceptional. The room quite spacious and the bathroom is renovated and clean. Would especially like to thank Luciano for his endless hospitality, friendly disposition and great breakfast conversations. I would definitely return to the lodging, and would strongly recommend it!

Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive). This B and B is very welcoming with no codes to enter, time restrictions, or other typical hassles - it was as if we had this large home to ourselves even though there were other guests (who were lodged in different parts of the large home). The host, Luciano, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, that included interesting cheeses, meats, eggs, cornetti, and coffees, was excellent. The air conditioning and showers functioned well. We could store our wine and other drinks in the common refrigerator with easy access. I highly recommend this place.

Luciano was very helpful host and kept use informed. The house is in a quiet location with a splendid view of the Duomo and the old town. The room was clean and comfortable with strong shower, parking is in the grounds and safe. The staff at breakfast were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and the choice was good with fruit, yogurt cereals and breads with cheese and meats and good coffee. The hotel has a friendly cat who hangs around. There are good restaurants near by the Duomo. Trattoria del Goloso and Osteria del Conte are two to recommend. We will be back to stay soon.
