Hotel com as instalações super velhas. O quarto tinha diversas manchas no carpete e cheiros que não eram agradáveis. Na verdade me deu nojo de ficar la. Ainda tive um incidente de madrugada com um hospede ao lado do meu quarto realizando uma gritaria. Liguei na recepção e relatei o que estava acontecendo e fui questionada: “Mas o que você quer que eu faça?”. Respondi que queria que falasse com ele, mas nada foi feito. E quando liguei novamente para reclamar, meia hora depois, o atendente me pediu que esperasse mais 5 minutos para ver se ele parava de gritar. Totalmente inaceitável. Única coisa que pode ser considerado razoável neste hotel é a localização, mas mesmo assim tenha em mente que está há mais de 1km dos principais pontos turísticos. Enfim, pessima experiencia e não indico a ninguém.

I am not sure if the a/c was working, when I turned it on it seemed to heat up the room so I kept the windows open. The property is PERFECTLY located, and the staff was very helpful with an early check-in and coffee when I had a very early departure. The chef was always present during breakfast which was excellent. This property is a great value! No coffee in room, but bottled water provided daily.
