Eurna Resort Hotel

You mentioned that I rated this hotel a 3 during my April 29, 2026 visit. I was being nice, I should have rated it lower because we had all the same problems. Last time I rented the Jr. Suite, this time I upgraded to the Superior suite. It looks good on the pictures, but everything is old, broken, torn, and didn't work, etc. 1. The hot tub wouldn't circulate hot water and had a huge crack in it and the most of the jets didn't work. We couldn't relax in the hot tub because the water was cold. 2. The couch cushions were all torn. 3. The remote controls were either broken and/or had old batteries, so they didnt usually work. So we couldn't relax and watch a movie at the end of the day. The Internet was super slow, again, we couldn't watch anything. 4. When the staff came to try to fix it, she kept trying to deflect the issues and say it was an app issue. Even when I showed her the result of the speed test, she refused to try rebooting the system and kept saying it was the app. I showed her the results of my speed test; it was 18.8 on the download and 14.7 on the upload. 5. Lying: the lack of honesty made things that much worse trying to deflect a problem is not okay. We didn't even receive an apology, or offer for compensation for all the problems we were having..and I paid a lot more money for these so called Jr. And Superior suites. Same excuses. To pay more money to have more problems is not okay. 6. It advertises daily house keeping, they never cleaned our room once.

I paid for a suite, ut we had problems with the WiFi and TV the entire time we stayed there. They also drained and locked the controls for the hot tub the day before we left. They never cleaned, or refilled the hot tub. We won't return here again

Room was unique and clean. Some problem: 1. No drawers in room had to keep stuff on floor or luggage 2. Could not make tv work after firt time tirn room power off 3. No info on free breakfast maybe i miss read 4. Charge ameneties which is ok, but should be able to charge room. 5 lost a bank card in the hotel when inasked was goven dirextions to atm — lang issue not theft issue 6 the counter is blocked by plastic with two many signa The hotel is far from bangkok central which is good and bad . The hotel does have a unique charm 7 no drivers at bangkok airport understood where the hotel was even with address because liats as auto store Overall i loked the charm of the hotel, i liked the privacy of the staff , you could murder someone and maybe get no bad look —exageration , but a compliment. Really everything was fine with the exception of a chest of drawer would be nice , and some in room tv instructions . Visitors do need to knownits about a 300 baht grab ride anywhere , better place if you come with a car

Nothing to like here. This hotel is a disgrace, dirty, shabby, disrespectful staff. A group in a nearby room were having a party, lots of loud behaviour, shouting, banging furniture about and smoking . All of which impacted nearby rooms. I eventually made a complaint at midnight but it continued till after 4 am. Staff allowed it
