Need a bit of TLC

I booked only because I’ve stayed there many times before and they are known for the amazing breakfast with local and foreign foods, I was sooooooo disappointed to see that only one item was local (buljol), the bake that was served was as dry as cardboard…let’s talk about the room, it was clean, but the shower was sooooo dated that water was spilling out as the door wouldn’t close to seal properly, the toilet handle kept slipping off the latch for proper flushing, had to take the cover off to manually flush…and water was running out from the toilet onto the floor, gross…this is my last stay there…the many times I’ve stayed there and enjoyed everything about the place, now to this, the grounds are well kept, the staff was wonderful but those things are not the room…which is what I paid for…good luck to Magdalena Grand in the future, really hope things change to bring me back🙌

The place need to be updated.

The place is ran down and needs serious renovation. The beach is inaccessible. The pool is out of order and may not be fixed until June we were told. No one spoke of the limitations before we booked. 1st and last time not worth the price.
