SXSW, Formel 1, ACL, bröllop, semester, bara för skojs skull

Gary has been consistently welcoming. I commented to him that the upgrades to the property since our last visit (Jan 2025) were very nice touches. Excellent property.

The area is close to a few dining and shopping areas, within a 15min drive. It's convenient.The apartment is spacious and the host is helpful.

We have stayed at this property for several years. The host is excellent, the office management team went out of their way to help make our stay very enjoyable. The weather this year wasn't the best, but we still made the most of our visit.

The location was perfect for our stay, the place was a bit dirty, so I called Gary and he got everything cleaned up with professional cleaners the same day. He was great to work with and was always readily available and responsive.

The condo was perfect! It was so clean and had a wonderful homey feel to it. The beds were so comfortable. You get a reserved parking spot that is a very quick walk to the condo. The pool area is nice and right outside of the condo. We were able to get in touch with Gary very easily and he was so friendly and helpful! He even checked in while we were there to make sure everything was good. The condo has so many extras to save you from packing those items including soap, shampoo and conditioner. If we ever went to Austin again I would definitely search for Gary’s listing first.
