No ac , lots of bugs , i just came out within a hour move another hotel , it’s young people love hotel , not a regular hotel ( not even hotel , should call motel ) 5 days paid using 1 hour . I’m trying to get a refund . They even answer call or email now . I need refund for sure . They have to change something clean or service . Never seen before . I need to refund

WiFi was off and on till totally disappeared. The staff did not want to fix it rather asked me to log onto the WiFi of another room. The toilet was blocked and dirty stuff was everywhere. It smelled so bad that I asked the guy to change room. He rejected and said it was my fault. The male staff are not polite, actually kind of rude when they do not understand you.
