Really lovely family hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal da. Sehr schön gelegen und super Lage um Stresa und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Der Pool mit der Poolbar sind super zum relaxen. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Ein tolles Hotel mit schönem Blick auf den See und direkt in Stresa. Das Personal und die Einrichtung sind total süß und familiär. Hier und da konnte das Hotel ein paar Verschönerungen vertragen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Stresa im Familienappartement des Hotel La Fontana. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß, der Pool top und das Frühstück hervorragend. Wir konnten am abreisetag bis 13uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben, was sehr gut war und das Auto sogar noch länger stehen lassen. Einzig der Weg in die Stadt war bei 32 grad etwas müheselig.

Das Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude. Gross aber es stank nach Schimmel. Das Personal war höflich aber nicht Gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es das notwendigste, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Habe ruhiges Zimmer "nicht neben Lift" angefragt, wurde mir auch so bestätigt. Leider war mein Zimmer im 1.Stock, vis-à-vis vom Lift!!! Zusätzlich hatte ich den ganzen Lärm vom Empfang (riesiges Gelächter vom Personal mit Gästen!!!)... Dichtung hinter dem Wasserhahnen im Badezimmer schwarz, am faulen!!!.... WC/Bad vom Zimmer daneben gut hörbar...!!

Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Séjour sans faute avec personnel attentionné & emplacement de choix. Belle piscine, bon déjeuner pratique. Si un jour on retourne dans le coin de Stresa, on sera de retour à cet établissement. Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour !

Sin dall’accoglienza ci siamo trovati bene. Il regalino di un album da colorare con le matite ha reso felice la nostra bambina che poi si è goduta la piscina (consiglio: tenete un paio di salvagenti o tavolette o braccioli per i bimbi di genitori sbadati come noi!). Molto bello anche il parco, comodissima e pulita la stanza e il bagno. Posizione ottima forse può migliorare un pochino la selezione del tipo di salumi a colazione, peraltro molto buona. Personale attento e gentile

Sin dall’accoglienza ci siamo trovati bene. Il regalino di un album da colorare con le matite ha reso felice la nostra bambina che poi si è goduta la piscina (consiglio: tenete un paio di salvagenti o tavolette o braccioli per i bimbi di genitori sbadati come noi!). The room was very old fashioned , no facility for making coffee or tea in the room, extremely small trash can in bath room , and the only one. Very small tv screen. Staff not so attentive

Really lovely family hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!

Ein tolles Hotel mit schönem Blick auf den See und direkt in Stresa. Das Personal und die Einrichtung sind total süß und familiär. Hier und da konnte das Hotel ein paar Verschönerungen vertragen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Good hotel in a central position in Stresa, just at the start of the lake-side walking street. We stayed in the dependance, there's plenty of space and I think it's better than what the photos say.

Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Das Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude. Gross aber es stank nach Schimmel. Das Personal war höflich aber nicht Gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es das notwendigste, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Stresa im Familienappartement des Hotel La Fontana. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß, der Pool top und das Frühstück hervorragend. Wir konnten am abreisetag bis 13uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben, was sehr gut war und das Auto sogar noch länger stehen lassen. Einzig der Weg in die Stadt war bei 32 grad etwas müheselig.
