Pros: plenty parking, easy to find, good food. Cons: very uncomfortable bed, 2 single beds pushed together doesn't make a king size, small tv, spiders in room, poor decor, fixed head shower / straight curtain pole does not make for a good shower experience, small thin towels, basic in-room facilities, stains on walls / ripped carpets in hallway, dated and very cheap cutlery in restaurant and no WiFi for the duration of my stay. Not a place I'll book again, sorry.

Spent a lovely couple of nights in the hotel. Visiting for a family event which was catered for in the hotel. Very spacious family room and the staff were excellent.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly. However there was no disabled parking spots on arrival. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Unfortunately it was clear the room had either been left a whole between bookings and not checked or just hadn't been properly dusted. There were a lot of cobwebs, particularly around the top of the room and we had to kill more than a dozen spiders that has set up home and had time to build significant homes. As an aracnaphobic it left me on edge. Of we hadn't arrived late and been so tired we probably would have complained or found somewhere else to go as it was rather off putting. The walls are thin at the hotel, sleep was disturbed by other guests loud TV's, doors opening and closing and loud talking in the corridor. The other biggest downside was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, WiFi is only available in the bar/restraint not in the hotel rooms, which in this day and age is a bit poor in my opinion. It would be easy for them to solve and would make a huge difference to guests in my opinion. Sadly I can't say I'd go back to the banville due to the lack of cleanliness and theack of WiFi.

Il nous aura fallu 3 chambres : la première le chauffage était à fond et impossible de le baisser ou d’aérer, la seconde le plafond des toilettes n’avait plus de plâtre et de l’eau coulait au travers, la 3e était la bonne. L’hôtel semble avoir été réhabilité mais tout n’a pas été repris ce qui donne une impression de travaux inachevés voire mal faits. Heureusement le personnel s’est montré compréhensif et est charmant.

Bannville Hotel has the most friendliest staff, most clean and comfortable rooms we stayed in on our week trip to Northern Ireland. I would recommend and will stay again at this lodge!!

It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic.

As an aracnaphobic it left me on edge. Of we hadn't arrived late and been so tired we probably would have complained or found somewhere else to go as it was rather off putting. The walls are thin at the hotel, sleep was disturbed by other guests loud TV's, doors opening and closing and loud talking in the corridor. The other biggest downside was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, WiFi is only available in the bar/restraint not in the hotel rooms, which in this day and age is a bit poor in my opinion. It would be easy for them to solve and would make a huge difference to guests in my opinion. Sadly I can't say I'd go back to the banville due to the lack of cleanliness and theack of WiFi.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly. However there was no disabled parking spots on arrival. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Unfortunately it was clear the room had either been left a whole between bookings and not checked or just hadn't been properly dusted. There were a lot of cobwebs, particularly around the top of the room and we had to kill more than a dozen spiders that has set up home and had time to build significant homes. I chose this hotel as I was travelling back from Belfast and wanted to be in the area for the Game of Thrones Experience. It was ideally located and very reasonable including breakfast. Room was very spacious for a single. I'd recommend.

It was for the purpose of getting a nights sleep before a long return journey and it was perfect. We didn’t need a pool or anything just a good nights sleep and a breakfast and it provided both perfectly. Very happy.

Made reservation with mentioning payment upon arrival, took the amount from the credit card the day before. Disco aside and during night lot of noice of people, cars chasing on parking and music. Rooms bad smell of fungus. Breakfast poor quality, poor service.

It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

Wi-Fi was terrible, couldn't get any work done and there was one particualr person on reception who wasn't helpful whatsoever, but there was a lovely gentleman who made up for it and went above and beyond. The room was huge - brilliant!
