Belle chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. La plage de l'hôtel n'est pas fabuleuse, il faut aller sur la plage de l'hôtel d'a côté. La vue est cependant très jolie sur l'ile d'en face. La piscine et le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner sont sous-dimensionnée. Il y a une 2ème piscine mais elle semble mal entretenue. La piscine principale est par contre très sympa.

Det var et super dejligt resort, hvor alt personale var rigtige venlige. Gratis transfer til byen et par gange om dagen, som var meget belejligt eftersom det ligger lidt afsiddet med få restauranter. Eneste minus er, at der ikke er nok liggestole ved poolen til alle gæsterne eftersom det er et ret stort hotel. Der er "charter" tendens over det, fordi gæsterne spærrer solvogne fra morgenstunden for at være sikker på at få en. Det resulterer i, at den kan være spærret i flere timer i løbet af dagen, hvor ingen bruger dem.. det var super ærgerligt! En kontrol af personale et par gange om dagen vil være rart?

Bon rapport qualité prix si vous êtes dans l annexe au calme et belle piscine avec transats dispos mais sur l autre piscine : guère aux transats… confortables. Pas de plage à l hôtel mais une à côté un peu bof par contre très beau coucher de soleil :) si petit compris ça va sinon en supplément un peu cher et bof ! Hôtel un peu isolé que 3 ou 4 restos en extérieur près de l hôtel , scooter à louer de préférence.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, almost like a dream, with 2 beautiful shaped pools and a connected waterfall, with frangipangi trees and blossoms everywhere. The nearby beach (Mae Haad) is just gorgeous. The room cleaning service staff was excellent. The front desk and restaurant staff were pleasant but not super sharp. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and very good Thai food. Some of the non Thai food that we had was mediocre.

The hotel has a great beachfront location, a large pool, and a convenient restaurant. These were the main positives of our stay. On the downside, the staff were not very friendly and sometimes made us feel questioned rather than welcomed. The room locks felt insecure, and the cleaning was only average. Overall, a nice location and facilities, but there is room for improvement in service, security, and housekeeping.

The resort is amazimg !! 2 big swimming pools with sea view and gteat beach. We got the new room that very clean and beutiful. The breakfast is Ok. The place is a bit far from the center.

Gorgeous hotel clean great room spacious family room with amazing bathroom and balcony, beds were comfy. Staff are amazing so friendly, breakfast in abundance great selection. Perfect quiet location with amazing views and pool area. Would recommend and will definitely be staying again

Loved the villa ,breakfast chaotic lowlife of foods and areas dirty and unkempt.Tiles in pool were broken and general and areas not maintained including standing areas for pool showers .Nothing is jet cleaned around pool .Pool is however large and we loved it .The area in front of the bar is filthy ,weeds and nobody clears tables or empties rubbish .The area where the egg station is has upturned old furniture and things just stacked there and again dirty floors .The housekeeping staff were lovely but restaurant staff lazy and no signs of Happy Hours or promotions .This place has no visible management which is ridiculous it needs to be lived and could be great with care and attention .There is no beach in front you have to walk around the corner and that’s nice there.I have read a lot of previous comments and it does not look like any attention is paid as nothing improved and that’s careless .

Super Lage für Schnorchler:innen. Rollerverlei vor der Tür und damit die gesamte Insel schnell zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal (leider manchmal mit begrenztem, englischem Wortschatz) und saubere Unterkunft. Strand vor der Tür. Mehrere Restaurants um die Ecke.

Beautiful property with very relaxing pool area. Huge pool. Rooms were very clean and staff looked after us very well. The beach is an untouched piece of paradise! Not commercial at all, very peaceful with beautiful sunsets over the beach. We would most definitely stay again next time!

We got off to a bad start when our booking for a twin room was confirmed as a double instead (I was travelling with my daughter), and I ended up having to pay extra to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I know they're not the only hotel that seems to consider these two options as interchangeable, but it's a very poor practice and cost them a star. After that, everything within the hotel was lovely. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice and variety (though they do need to sort out a better coffee machine!) and the food was good, though we preferred the local restaurants. The staff were always very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed first aid for my daughter who had a nasty fall. The pool and the beach right in front of the hotel were beautiful. Eating dinner on the terrace watching the sun set was a memorable highlight. The area itself has a few good eateries, and a handy mini-mart, but precious little else within walking distance, and there didn't seem to be a whole lot else to do without taking the ferry to Koh Samui. However, since we mostly wanted to swim and sunbathe, we had everything we needed.

Sehr schöne Lage. Ein Korallenriff direkt am Strand. Sehr schön zum schnorcheln. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht hier und da Renovierung. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer..Das war sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war gut und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Tische könnten besser gereinigt werden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist oft reserviert und unfreundlich. Aber wie gesagt alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

Amazingly friendly staff! It was the best part of our stay. Fantastic gardens and huge pool. Not the best location and the standard rooms are ok, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food overall is good and reasonably priced. Disappointed that the beach bar restaurant was closed and was not advised in advance of our stay. There is nothing really close by to chose from either. The beach was a little disappointing and not what we expected for snorkeling. The surroundings are really beautiful with lots of trees and birds. The hotel itself is very clean and has great service but the location overall was not what we were looking for, but thats personal preference.

La struttura é situata in un bellissimo giardino. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillitá e lo scenario della piscina a sinistra della reception. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose ed il bagno molto vibibile.Colazione ricca e varia. Unica difficoltà riscontrata nella comunicazione ...non tutto il personale parla inglese o comunque non é ben comprensibile. Avremmo apprezzato avere lettini ed ombrelloni nell'attigua spiaggia di Ko Ma.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The room and resort is per photos. The pool area is wonderful and the location of the resort although quite remote is good. Only issue we had is that the neighboring beach has some wild dogs on in and during one of our visits to the beach the dogs savagely attacked each other.

Ein schönes gepflegtes Resort. Unser Zimmer war echt groß und hatte ein schönes Fenster mit Blick zum Pool. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, immer frisches Obst und Gemüse. Das Resort hat leider keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand und in der Umgebung sind ganz wenig Restaurants. Desswegen ist man auf einen Roller angewiesen, was nicht schlimm ist, uns hat alles gefallen.

All in all ist dies eine schöne Unterkunft. Es war sauber, die Anlage ist super schön. We got off to a bad start when our booking for a twin room was confirmed as a double instead (I was travelling with my daughter), and I ended up having to pay extra to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I know they're not the only hotel that seems to consider these two options as interchangeable, but it's a very poor practice and cost them a star. After that, everything within the hotel was lovely. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice and variety (though they do need to sort out a better coffee machine!) and the food was good, though we preferred the local restaurants. The staff were always very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed first aid for my daughter who had a nasty fall. The pool and the beach right in front of the hotel were beautiful. Eating dinner on the terrace watching the sun set was a memorable highlight. The area itself has a few good eateries, and a handy mini-mart, but precious little else within walking distance, and there didn't seem to be a whole lot else to do without taking the ferry to Koh Samui. However, since we mostly wanted to swim and sunbathe, we had everything we needed.

Bon rapport qualité prix si vous êtes dans l annexe au calme et belle piscine avec transats dispos mais sur l autre piscine : guère aux transats… confortables. Pas de plage à l hôtel mais une à côté un peu bof par contre très beau coucher de soleil :) si petit compris ça va sinon en supplément un peu cher et bof ! Hôtel un peu isolé que 3 ou 4 restos en extérieur près de l hôtel , scooter à louer de préférence.

Super Lage für Schnorchler:innen. Rollerverlei vor der Tür und damit die gesamte Insel schnell zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal (leider manchmal mit begrenztem, englischem Wortschatz) und saubere Unterkunft. Strand vor der Tür. Mehrere Restaurants um die Ecke.

Sehr schöne Lage. Ein Korallenriff direkt am Strand. Sehr schön zum schnorcheln. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht hier und da Renovierung. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer..Das war sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war gut und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Tische könnten besser gereinigt werden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist oft reserviert und unfreundlich. Aber wie gesagt alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

Amazingly friendly staff! It was the best part of our stay. Fantastic gardens and huge pool. Not the best location and the standard rooms are ok, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food overall is good and reasonably priced. Disappointed that the beach bar restaurant was closed and was not advised in advance of our stay. There is nothing really close by to chose from either. The beach was a little disappointing and not what we expected for snorkeling. The surroundings are really beautiful with lots of trees and birds. The hotel itself is very clean and has great service but the location overall was not what we were looking for, but thats personal preference.

La struttura é situata in un bellissimo giardino. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillitá e lo scenario della piscina a sinistra della reception. Le camere sono spaziose, silenziose ed il bagno molto vibibile.Colazione ricca e varia. Unica difficoltà riscontrata nella comunicazione ...non tutto il personale parla inglese o comunque non é ben comprensibile. Avremmo apprezzato avere lettini ed ombrelloni nell'attigua spiaggia di Ko Ma.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, almost like a dream, with 2 beautiful shaped pools and a connected waterfall, with frangipangi trees and blossoms everywhere. The nearby beach (Mae Haad) is just gorgeous. The room cleaning service staff was excellent. The front desk and restaurant staff were pleasant but not super sharp. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and very good Thai food. Some of the non Thai food that we had was mediocre.

Older resort in a stunning beachside location with a huge pool. Most staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julie. My ground floor room was spacious with a renovated bathroom & terrace. Unfortunately the old, heavy timber furniture was dated, whilst the poor lighting, multiple light switches and heavy curtains combined to create a dark ambience. The bed mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Breakfasts were disappointing - eg limited range of cereals and fresh fruit, malfunctioning toaster. Service staff seemed bored and disinterested. Heaps of customer service improvement and building/grounds maintenance are required eg painting of timber railings, broken step tiles, rubbish at foot of stair wells. Local shops outside the Hotel include a mini-market but only a single major restaurant.

We wasn't aware of the issues with taxis in Koh Phanang. The hotel didn't contact me to let us know a shuttle service was available, only found out once we'd arrived. Booking a taxi with the hotel is a must!! Taxis outside the port are part of a scam all run by one company, massively overcharging people when they arrive. If you Google this there is plenty of information out there, but we weren't warned by the hotel
