Overall, great locations and decent place to rest your head, comfy beds and clean rooms with everything you need. Just be mindful as it is a pub, it’s noisy until about 11pm (our room was directly above bar so was impossible to sleep prior).

Probably the only thing to be aware of is that if you get the room on the top floor the roof is quite low and the floor slopes quite a lot. Expected with an old pub like this but be aware. Otherwise a great place to stay in a beautiful little village

Really characterful property with basic but nice clean rooms with amusingly uneven floors upstairs highlighting the age of the property. Excellent breakfast

Rooms are a decent size and good facilities. Bar is great with a good selection of beers and spirits. The food is fantastic! I have a dietary requirement and they catered for me and were very knowledgeable of the ingredients in the meals. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Room was average for the price paid but overall looked tired. Very old pub and traditional rooms but that’s no reason to ignore mould and damage to the bathroom and paint flaking off the walls. Light fitting was hanging off by exposed wires. In the evenings the pub downstairs is busy with a lot of noise heard upstairs until about midnight.
