Bliss Surfer Hotel Legian

Estadia sensacional. Para quem busca sossego e boa estrutura esse hotel é o local exato para isso. Ele fica mais afastado do "centro" da ilha..onde vc terá mais opções de alimentação e diversão. Mas, isso é 1.7 km, o que da para ser resolvido facilmente alugando uma bike convencional ou elétrica. O ponto alto do hotel é sua estrutura, quartos excelente, gigantes, confortáveis e com todas as amenidades, além de uma piscina excelente.

Well priced breakfast good variety. A bit of a journey to the beach but good overall

This is a cute and quirky property where the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were only able to stay a couple of nights, and were out all day, so didn't really get to explore everything the hotel has to offer. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of options to suit both European and Asian tastes, pool table in the lobby was an added bonus, airport transfers by the hotel driver were efficient. We were able to leave our luggage securely after check out as we didn't need to go to the airport straight away. Bottled water as such is not provided, but there is a large water cooler on the landing where you can refill the pitchers left in each room for this purpose. Of course you can refill your own water bottles too. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided, but we didn't actually use these.

Toilet seat broken, shower floods through bathroom, pool was dirty linen dirty. Ordered food from restaurant staff dropped half the food on floor no sorry and no replacement then tried to charge full price for it Booked 2 rooms arrived and only one available tried to tell us we didn’t book despite having evidence on email

Staff were lovely room great apart from tv. Pool was great apart from the regular invasion of local unsupervised school children from the school next door. 3 to 4 times a week unable to use the pool because no sun lounger available all taken by the day visitors from the school next door.
