The air conditioning was very temperamental. It was mostly too hot for our two nights day. And when we complained they went into our room while we were out. we came back and it was icicles, practically forming on the windows. So that was very uncomfortable. And almost every time we went down to the front desk for one reason or another, there was nobody there. They were hanging out in the back room, which seems very unprofessional.
