Starting with a deposit of $100 dollars even though I called to inquire if need any deposit and they told me no. Then, I had the VIP reservation and the pool was not included. They charged me additional money per each person to use the pool, just for a couple of hours, and we were 4 people. Lastly, they charged me a tax to leave the property that I was not counting with, because my understanding was that they charged me everything at the front with my reservation. Not including the pool was the most bothering thing since my kids wanted to use it and I had to pay a lot of extra money for its use. The area of the hotel is very unsafe, someone robbed my mom a block away from the hotel, a person grabbed my mother gold chain from her neck and rubbed away with it. No one did anything to stop it and was no police around it at all.

The good: location, bed comfortable, Wi-Fi good, large room size, a/c works well. The bad: only 1 elevator working, restaurant service extremely limited, no ice available, shower overflows and standing water in toilet area, tv’s don’t work, front desk staff unconcerned with discrepancy with amenities offered and what is actually available to guest.

It felt more like a 3* hotel than a 4*. Service from reception desk was good. Rooms were clean but old. The pool is only open for a small amount of time and you have to pay extra for it. No onsite bar or restaurant and the breakfast is ok. The location is amazing though.

Quarto grande, banheira grande no quarto do 605, traveseiro muito alto. Academia e piscina não estavam funcionando e não foi avisado antecipadamente quando do reserva. Café da manhã bem sortido.

Por nuestra luna de miel, el hotel nos regalo el servicio de SPA con pileta climatizada por toda nuestra estadia! El poder repetir el desayuno es algo glorioso y esta cerca de varios lugares para comer y beber. Nos encanto ♡♡♡

I stayed here for 2 nights with my children aged 4 and 18 in 2 rooms. While there were many great aspects, unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience during check out. We were accused of "breaking a kettle" in one of the rooms. In fact, on arrival there was a crack and a small piece of the kettle lid missing, presumably caused by a previous guest. It was still working despite this so we had no need to report it to reception. We had to cancel our taxi and I was pressured into paying for a replacement. The man at reception was rude and intimidating lin contrast to the very polite and helpful man who was present at check in). As we were in a rush to rebook another airport taxi I had no option but to pay, rather than miss our flight. He did not provide an itemised receipt and had to be asked 3 times to give me my change from the tourist tax as well. He was sniggering with his colleagues and speaking with them about us in Spanish, as we could understand a few words. My 4 year old was very upset by this. I have been in contact with my credit card company who are kindly arranging a charge-back, so at least I will get a refund for the kettle. On the plus side, the rooms were large and clean and the location was convenient. The pool was nice although the hot tub and sauna were not working. The dreadful experience at check out has unfortunately marred our short trip to Buenos Aires and has put me off from returning again.

Nos quartos normais é um bom hotel, novo e com bom atendimento. Porém, para deficientes físicos o acesso é bem complicado, a entrada é feita pela rampa da garagem com ajuda de algum funcionário. O banheiro tem chuveiro e box com abertura total, mas não tem cadeira de banho (foi improvisada uma cadeira de plástico) nem barra de apoio ao lado do vaso.

Pool was warm. Breakfast was great. We had a stroller that had to be carried up to lobby but staff was very helpful. Room was roomy.

O hotel está super bem localizado, a 4 quadras da feira de San Telmo e 3 quadras da parte central de Puerto Madero. Atendimento super atecioso. Pontos negativos para os travesseiros (havia um só por pessoa, e super pequeno e baixo), para o spa (nada estava funcionando) e para o chuveiro (chão de madeira instável, pouquissima pressão) e amenities no geral. Café da manhã simples e gostoso (experimente as bolachinhas com geleia de morango!)

Razoável. O atendimento nao foi um dos mais amistosos. Reclamei da falta de limpeza do quarto as 16h e como se o atendentente estivesse fazendo um favor, se limitou a fornecer toalhas limpas e kit para banho. A limpeza só foi feita as 18h. Ja estive duas vezes anteriormente no Kenton, mas agora parece que a qualidade caiu.

It was a good stay at Kenton Palace. The place was clean and rooms were big with 2 double beds. The reception staff Sebastian was amazing and went out of his way to help us. There were couple of staff who were not so friendly. It was quite central and walking distance to restaurants and the main Mayo square. Would stay there again if in Buenos Aires.

Good clean property in the old city. You can eadily walk to lots of the sites. Front dedk staff were outstanding snd they provided exchange US$ at very good rate. The foorman needd to smile not really warm guy. I do recommend this as a good hotel for the nohice trraveller. Safe place central location forget the hop on hop off it is hopeledd.

Service from staff not very up to 4 start hotel. There was a kettle in the room but the guest had to pay for 4 tea bags a similar amount that was charged for the buffet breakfast. There was no replenishing of soap in the bathroom. So one small piece of soap should last 4 days. The room key card was demagnitized several times. At night not very pleasant to stay outside the hotel waiting to get in because there was no porter and the card did not work properly. The breakfast was not included so we had to pay extra for that. For the price and the hotel category breakfast should have been included. So NOT RECOMMENDED.

Estudio bien amplio, limpia la habitación. Buen desayuno. El aire de la unidad que nos tocó estaba clavado en 16 grados, mochila del baño perdiendo y bichitos debajo de la madera de la ducha. Sin Frigobar. Por lo que pagué sigue siendo buena opción. Volvería.

Hay dos filtros que usé para buscar hotel en San Telmo: aire acondicionado y WiFi. El aire acondicionado lo tienen en una temperatura fija, no hay control. No había WiFi, solo servía en la ducha, para efectos prácticos no tenía y terminé comprando un chip telefónico para poder acceder a internet. La limpieza bien, solo que no nos pusieron papel higiénico en el baño. Las habitaciones del primer piso son ruidosas, se oye la gente, los carros y hay ruido en la madrugada. Sí es amplia la habitación, y ponen un agua de cortesía con cargo, (entonces no es de cortesía). Por lo demás está muy bien ubicado, y está cerca de sitios históricos.

We had a wonderful stay. Great value for the money. Leonardo at the front desk was incredible. He and his evening associate helped us so much with restaurant suggestions, reservations and many other things. One of the most personable front desk associates I’ve ever met. The good: location, bed comfortable, Wi-Fi good, large room size, a/c works well. The bad: only 1 elevator working, restaurant service extremely limited, no ice available, shower overflows and standing water in toilet area, tv’s don’t work, front desk staff unconcerned with discrepancy with amenities offered and what is actually available to guest.

Quarto grande, banheira grande no quarto do 605, traveseiro muito alto. Academia e piscina não estavam funcionando e não foi avisado antecipadamente quando do reserva. Café da manhã bem sortido.

It was a good stay at Kenton Palace. The place was clean and rooms were big with 2 double beds. The reception staff Sebastian was amazing and went out of his way to help us. There were couple of staff who were not so friendly. It was quite central and walking distance to restaurants and the main Mayo square. Would stay there again if in Buenos Aires.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my children aged 4 and 18 in 2 rooms. While there were many great aspects, unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience during check out. We were accused of "breaking a kettle" in one of the rooms. In fact, on arrival there was a crack and a small piece of the kettle lid missing, presumably caused by a previous guest. It was still working despite this so we had no need to report it to reception. We had to cancel our taxi and I was pressured into paying for a replacement. The man at reception was rude and intimidating lin contrast to the very polite and helpful man who was present at check in). As we were in a rush to rebook another airport taxi I had no option but to pay, rather than miss our flight. He did not provide an itemised receipt and had to be asked 3 times to give me my change from the tourist tax as well. He was sniggering with his colleagues and speaking with them about us in Spanish, as we could understand a few words. My 4 year old was very upset by this. I have been in contact with my credit card company who are kindly arranging a charge-back, so at least I will get a refund for the kettle. On the plus side, the rooms were large and clean and the location was convenient. The pool was nice although the hot tub and sauna were not working. The dreadful experience at check out has unfortunately marred our short trip to Buenos Aires and has put me off from returning again.

Service from staff not very up to 4 start hotel. There was a kettle in the room but the guest had to pay for 4 tea bags a similar amount that was charged for the buffet breakfast. There was no replenishing of soap in the bathroom. So one small piece of soap should last 4 days. The room key card was demagnitized several times. At night not very pleasant to stay outside the hotel waiting to get in because there was no porter and the card did not work properly. The breakfast was not included so we had to pay extra for that. For the price and the hotel category breakfast should have been included. So NOT RECOMMENDED.

Unique was the central location and the service some of the staff provided. I absolutely did not like the hours I had to wait for a room, because I had timely informed about my arrival. And I had to constantly ask for the room whether or not ready.

Smack in the middle of everything you need to do and see. The big Argentina red and yellow bus stop is just across the street. Made it convenient. Also it’s in the middle of the Sunday street market just open the door and you are there!

It is central to many “must see” locations. We walked all over to Recoleta Cemetery, water front, Plaza de Mayo, Retiro, San Telmo, Teatro Colon, museum of Arts, local steak and coffee restaurants etc. Easy walks everywhere. Sunday market in front of hotel was fun to explore local artisans.

Good clean property in the old city. You can eadily walk to lots of the sites. Front dedk staff were outstanding snd they provided exchange US$ at very good rate. The foorman needd to smile not really warm guy. I do recommend this as a good hotel for the nohice trraveller. Safe place central location forget the hop on hop off it is hopeledd.

It felt more like a 3* hotel than a 4*. Service from reception desk was good. Rooms were clean but old. The pool is only open for a small amount of time and you have to pay extra for it. No onsite bar or restaurant and the breakfast is ok. The location is amazing though.

Estudio bien amplio, limpia la habitación. Buen desayuno. El aire de la unidad que nos tocó estaba clavado en 16 grados, mochila del baño perdiendo y bichitos debajo de la madera de la ducha. Sin Frigobar. Por lo que pagué sigue siendo buena opción. Volvería.

Ficamos hospedados no Kenton de Bariloche, que nos encantou. Por isso decidimos ficar no Kenton de Buenos Aires. E não nos decepcionou. Hotel limpo, com equipe gentil e prestativa, um bom café da manhã e bem localizado. Fica entre a Plaza de Mayo e o Mercado de San Telmo. Não é uma região agitada à noite mas tem bons bares e restaurantes clássicos porteños nos arredores. No domingo, feira ao longo da rua, passando em frente ao hotel, além da famosa Feira de Antiquidades nos arredores do Mercado de San Telmo. Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos.

We thought there was a pool but there was no information about it and you had to enquire about it through the spa. One of the lamps in the room gave me a slight electrical shock. They replaced it. The kettle didn’t work. They replaced it. There was only tea and sugar. No coffee or milk. Bathroom door was opaque with toilet just behind it. I felt there was no privacy. Staff were wonderful. The room was spacious.
