Lancaster Hotel

The family-run hotel is right next to St Columba's Cathedral and has a view of Oban Bay. The original building was built in 1850. Each room at the Lancaster Hotel has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Oban Rail Station and Oban Ferry Terminal are only 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. We have 4 single rooms, 5 twins, 2 doubles and 1 family room all private rooms with private facilities. There is free wifi available in the public areas downstairs as well as free car parking to the front and rear of the hotel. The hotel is pet friendly. Smoking is permitted in most of the hotel rooms. Breakfast is available from 8am - 9.30am (this is an optional extra) to suit all appetites, choose from a cold breakfast of cereal, oatcakes, grapefruit, prunes & an assortment of fruit juices for £4 or add a cooked breakfast for £7. Breakfast must be booked upon arrival. There is an indoor swimming pool which is 40 foot long, other leisure facilities include a steam room, hot jacuzzi and a sauna (this is an optional extra for £3). There are 2 bars, 1 has darts, a pool table, dominoes, cards, a TV and a jukebox, the other offers a more relaxing option for the quieter folk who like to watch the beautiful harbour. The pool room offers two free pool tables which guests may use. Please note: Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 . Check out before 11:00 .
