The room was great. The shuttle bus was terrible. We waited at least 40 minutes at the airport at night. There were so many people that the bus couldn’t safely fit us all. We were standing at the front door the whole ride.

On the 25th, we waited for the airport shuttle from 7:05 to 7:48 in the cold winter, while other shuttles came every 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Never again will we stay in a “budget” hotel. It was not cheap, yet the stay was completely inappropriate for the price we paid. We regret choosing this hotel.

To have a more realiable transportation service. Or at least to share the schedule of the shuttle before booking to know in advance that it is not that regular. Also to be accountable for the shuttle when it does not arrive. I waited for more than an hr and 2 trips did not arrive and i took an uber. The shuttle service was the consideration i based my decision to book this hotel.

The sheets weren't very clean, and had a lot of stains. Also, one of our beds has not been made and didn't have a fitted sheet. The hotel should have free hot drinks, or at least free access to a kettle.

I would say the good things about this hotel are: free airport shuttle, safe neighborhood, and the staff let us eat our little Albert Heijn picnic in the dining area. The rooms were impossibly small. As we are a family of 3, we got a large bed with a bunk bed. The mattress in the bunk bed was not clean and smelled strongly of (I think) old sweat. It was also not made so I had to touch the bare mattress with my hands to spread out the flat sheet. I implore them to change the mattress to one that is used in university dorms - they are covered in very thick plastic and can be sanitized deeply. The staff were very nice and courteous.

Despite the hotel being so close to the airport, i never once heard any aeroplanes when i was in the hotel. The staff were always so helpful, the room was absolutely spotless you couldn't ask for a better budget hotel! The hotel is right next to a bus station which can take you almost anywhere you'll need to go, and they offer a free shuttle which you can take to the airport whenever to use the train station at the airport to go wherever you need. Really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs a budget hotel

The rooms are very very basic. Just bed and TV. No water, coffee maker, etc. Worst are the bathrooms which is broken into 3 parts. Sink is in the room, toilet is like closet with toilet bowl and separate standing shower. This was not explained and never imagined. Had to move to other hotel inspite of loosing money as full refund was not given.

I didn't stay in this property because they didn't want me to change the date. I reserved by mistake for Aug.16th for a transit on the 17th. I found out 5mn after my booking, so, I tried to contact them directly to change it to the 17th, and I also contacted Expedia to help on that. Nothing was successful. The IBIS agent who was replying to my email was unhelpful at all. He was sending me to Expedia, and Expedia tried to contact them, for some reason they could not do anything. So, I decided to boycott IBIS hotels and Expedia, because no one put the real effort to solve a tiny issue.

This was a version of gotta just make it work for a few hours. Place was terrible, gross hotel, the bus significantly prioritised the other more expensive hotel and the room wasn’t great. I chose the cheapest place to crash for 8 hours total, and that’s absolutely what I got. People in the place were shady, lady at the front desk lied to me and was not friendly. Again, a few hours, it can work. Don’t waste your time here for more than that.

The room had flicking Electic problem , when we told reception they laughed and said “ahhh you had a disco then yeah.” Which is disappointing and no health and safety. The bed sheets was very smelly and the rooms slept of damp.

Enjoyed the stay at this property, which we booked for one night after returning to Amsterrdam from Spain prior to returning to Australia the following day. The room was small (which we could see from the Expedia listing) but had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. It has a free and regular shuttle to and from the airport (which was a key factor for us in selecting it). The hotel is a short walk from a bus interchange which can take you into the centre of Amsterdam. Would highly recommend.

The location has reasonable access to bus system into the city center. Buffet style option in the adjacent hotel is well worth it for the price (compared to what you find in the city center and healthy, tasty too). Room is small but has everything you need. The fact that you can open windows helps too. I would stay here again.

旅行での利用。空港に到着するのが夜だったので、まずは近場で1泊と思い予約しました。空港とは無料のシャトルバスで行き来できるため便利です。周りにお店などはなかったように思います。部屋の設備的にはシンプルで最低限という感じですが、清潔さに問題なく普通に快適に過ごせました。ドライヤーが置いておらず焦りましたが、フロントでお願いすると貸してもらえました。

Elegí la mejor opción para mi conexión en Amsterdam. Está justo frente a la parada del bus 397 que te lleva a Leidseplein que está cerca, en 20 minutos aproximadamente. Completamente satisfecha con el hotel, el precio y el servicio. Nos llevaron al aeropuerto gratis. Gracias por todo Ibis.

The hotel is OK, layout of room is not great, with toilet seperate to sink and shower. Also, room is super hot A/C made no difference probably because of it's location in the room. There is no air flow. The breakfast is super limited, God help you if you are vegetarian or Vegan. The hotel is OK, layout of room is not great, with toilet seperate to sink and shower. Also, room is super hot A/C made no difference probably because of it's location in the room. There is no air flow. The breakfast is super limited, God help you if you are vegetarian or Vegan. Also, does not get replenished often enough, you may have to wait half an hour for something to be replenished.

The staff was very kind to was. We arrived with our baby very tired and crying and they gave him a little toy that he loved and played all the trip with it. The location was the best alternative for us, the free airport shuttle made everything smooth and convenient.

This was the 3, maybe 4 stay, lived at room 239 = it serves my need. This time outside was marked with reflex tape. Shuttle service is done with full size busses, travel to/from Schiphol takes around 12min. No dinner served, but you can order from Thuisbezorgd and eat it in you room or in breakfast restaurant. McDonald's is 850m/12min walk, and crossing of 2 main roads is aided with traffic lights. Hotell have meals to buy by the reception that can be heated in microwave oven. Small room but open full size suitcase fits ok. It is a bit cramped to pass at the foot end of the bed. Good shower with instant hot water. Good toilet. Basic breakfast, no egg and bacon, but with poffertjes, boiled eggs, good coffee machine. Only complaine is nowhere to hang handtowel.
