Clean comfortable room, 10 mins walk from waverley station, 5 min walk from Edinburgh Playhouse. Tall cooling fan, iron and board in wardrobe. Kettle, tea and coffee in room. Aaron

Central for the theatre, StJames centre, restaurants, Princess Street. Has a nice bar within hotel also. Loved my stay there and will definitely be back.

Tram traffic can be a hindrance for sleep but stops late night to early am. Noise penetration between rooms is an issue otherwise excellent venue
