Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days.

It’s a beautiful scenic place with the rooms and cottages, lots of pools. Just amazing. If you go make sure to go to the spa, I have been to many massages in my life but this was the very best. The staff at Verde restaurant was amazing, attentive and the food was delicious at a great price.
