Apartments Chic Torino Centro porta nuova

This was a nice place. My only three issues were: 1. We were supposed to get confirmation email 48 hours before with instructions but I had to email the night before so we could make our transportation arrangements for the next day. 2. Check in was supposed to be at 12:30pm but right before we arrived we were told 1:30pm which ultimately became 2:15pm and again hindered our plans. 3. There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom which you could smell through the whole apartment unless we closed the bathroom door. Positive things are: super close to everything, dining, transportation, museums etc. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. Also the two women who were preparing the apartment for us were amazing, kind, and helpful. Finally, do yourself a favor and eat at La Fermata right across the street, great experience!!

This was a brilliant place to stay in the heart of old Turin. A beautiful apartment with loads of room. Could not recommend more highly! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

I was told that I would be contacted by the Hotel 48 hours in advance of our arrival with check-in instructions. That never happened. I called the hotel at 4pm the day before our arrival and they put us in contact with Giovani. He then was very efficient and provided us with the check in instructions. The condo was spacious, quiet, in a great location, with excellent air-conditioning, a great tv, very good kitchen and appealing modern design. This place was very comfortable and a well worth the expense. We were very pleased. It was only the lack of check in information in advance that created stress. Otherwise the place was terrific and exceeded our expectations.

It was a nice suite in a four bedrooms condo unit. The room we stayed had its own bathroom , nice and clean. The other room had their bathroom in the hallway. Great location. Bar under the street stay open till 2 AM with people’s loud voice, but I like to stay in the center of the tourist areas, so it didn’t bother me. There are things in the shared kitchen and you always can get by with coffee, water, snacks and things. I liked it and for the area and the price, would recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. Giovanni was great in his communication and very helpful. We had everything in the kitchen we could ask for and there was the most thoughtful little bits that is normally a problem - like salt and oil and milk. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding and ample towels. The flat was close to historic sites with some great shopping just around the corner. Well worth the time to try out some of the restaurants.
