This is a rundown property. Needs lots of repairs all around the property. In the bathrooms, they don’t have Roy’s rolls of toilet paper that sheets of toilet paper. The dispenser was clogged up in our room. Every way you look property looks rundown. One terrible pillow per person Internet slow as molasses. Maybe worth US$75 per night. Parking nonexistent basically.

Hi, the hotel and room were nice. Breakfast was standard. I had a river view room but that came with a lot of additional noise from talking and cars outside. I had to park several blocks away so keep that in mind. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

It's located in the heart of downtown, room is clean. But I was disappointed that I didn't get a river view room. That was the reason I booked this hotel at the first place.

There was nobody available to greet us in the lobby or check us in and it was not immediately clear how to reach anyone. We tried to check ourselves in using a kiosk but it did not take international cards so we were out of luck. We waited for several more minutes until a staff member came out of the office and checked us in. We asked about dinner and they said they just sat their last table at 8:30 so could not seat us. It was 8:32 and we had waited several minutes so would have been in on time if we were checked in more promptly. Their suggestion was the local Tesco grocery store or suggested that most restaurants were open until 10. This was not the case, as most restaurants closed at 9. We had to wander around for awhile with very little availability for food. There was a dirty dusty window ledge, multiple stains on the carpeting and bedside table, and seemed like the bathroom trash had not been taken out. While staff is available to buzz 24 hours, it was bizarre that no one was in the lobby when we got back from dinner and you could walk right in without using your key card past 10 pm. It just felt unsafe. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was sufficient, it was a nice walkable area and it was quiet but we were so turned off by the check in process that we would not stay again.

Only thing one wants is a clean comfortable room..right?! What we got was a room with everything covered in dust and windowsills full of dead flies. Contacted the hotel customer relations about the situation we encountered and they sent us to the booking company!!! They took no responsibility for what happens in their hotel!!!!!.

The location was perfect; we had a view of the river and could walk across one of two bridges to access restaurants and pubs that were only a few minutes away. There is a grocery store literally out the back door of the hotel, which was super convenient. We opted out of the buffet breakfast and decided on the continental but we were a little disappointed in the options available for the price we paid. The room itself was clean and comfortable, lots of good lighting and our window looked out over the river, but we found the bed quite firm and only had one pillow each (also quite firm, and thin). This might be a perfect scenario for some people, for us is was a little uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was a good stay. The hotel outside walkways, halls, room hallways, stairs are pretty dirty, HOWEVER, our room was very nice. Very clean, very comfy, modern. Very friendly helpful staff.

Sleeping Room was quite tired. Bedside charging ports were damaged - hanging on the wall. No safe in bedroom. Bathroom recently renovated, very nice. Bathroom floor very very wet (flooding) during a shower. Restaurant was clean and new. Breakfast buffet was quite nice. Food was very good. Bedroom climate was was very nice, room was very quiet.

Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression.

Hi, the hotel and room were nice. Breakfast was standard. I had a river view room but that came with a lot of additional noise from talking and cars outside. I had to park several blocks away so keep that in mind. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Inverness. Conveniently located in the city centre near the River Ness and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very handy to have parking available on-site too! Clean, comfortable and quiet

Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression.

Sleeping Room was quite tired. Bedside charging ports were damaged - hanging on the wall. No safe in bedroom. Bathroom recently renovated, very nice. Bathroom floor very very wet (flooding) during a shower. Restaurant was clean and new. Breakfast buffet was quite nice. Food was very good. Bedroom climate was was very nice, room was very quiet.

There was nobody available to greet us in the lobby or check us in and it was not immediately clear how to reach anyone. We tried to check ourselves in using a kiosk but it did not take international cards so we were out of luck. We waited for several more minutes until a staff member came out of the office and checked us in. We asked about dinner and they said they just sat their last table at 8:30 so could not seat us. It was 8:32 and we had waited several minutes so would have been in on time if we were checked in more promptly. Their suggestion was the local Tesco grocery store or suggested that most restaurants were open until 10. This was not the case, as most restaurants closed at 9. We had to wander around for awhile with very little availability for food. There was a dirty dusty window ledge, multiple stains on the carpeting and bedside table, and seemed like the bathroom trash had not been taken out. While staff is available to buzz 24 hours, it was bizarre that no one was in the lobby when we got back from dinner and you could walk right in without using your key card past 10 pm. It just felt unsafe. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was sufficient, it was a nice walkable area and it was quiet but we were so turned off by the check in process that we would not stay again.

The location was perfect; we had a view of the river and could walk across one of two bridges to access restaurants and pubs that were only a few minutes away. There is a grocery store literally out the back door of the hotel, which was super convenient. We opted out of the buffet breakfast and decided on the continental but we were a little disappointed in the options available for the price we paid. The room itself was clean and comfortable, lots of good lighting and our window looked out over the river, but we found the bed quite firm and only had one pillow each (also quite firm, and thin). This might be a perfect scenario for some people, for us is was a little uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The only good thing about this place is its central location – just a stone’s throw from the town centre, the castle and the cathedral. There are no other positives. The building is in a poor state both inside and out. The rooms are dirty and poorly cleaned. The room smelled awful, the furnishings were dusty and the bathroom was filthy. The bed linen was full of holes (we managed to get it replaced as soon as we found someone at reception, which wasn’t that easy). The terrace, which could have offered a view, is closed off and covered in bird droppings. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was just as awful – we waited nearly an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was barely edible (a slice of ham was passed off as a ‘steak’). The staff wouldn’t let customers without a booking into the restaurant, even though plenty of tables were empty. The hotel has a few parking spaces, but we weren’t able to use them (we recommend the car park behind the cathedral, which is apparently cheaper at £5 per night anyway). Avoid at all costs.

Hotel funcional em localização central em Inverness. Bom café da manhã, restaurante bom e prático. Não tinham vagas de estacionamento quando chegamos, deixamos o carro no estacionamento público e pagamos por fora (10 libras por 48 horas).

The rooms were fine, but the rest of the hotel looked rough. They only gave out 1 key per room cause they were short on keys which was very inconvenient for our family. You can choose between keeping the lights on in the room and getting on the elevator but you could do both, which made it difficult to coordinate running errands. When i questioned the key situation the front desk person got really rude with me about it. This is the first time I have every seen something like this. The front walk into the building is covered in bird poop which wasn't nice to roll our bags through. The breakfast is a must skip. When we asked about dinner they had too table sat and the chef said that was all he could handle which is weird for a seating area of its size. The location was good, probably the only thing it jas going for it
