Condo just as advertised. We truly enjoyed our stay.A totally unobstructed view of the sunrise and ocean from the balcony, main bedroom and living room. Cons: Older building; narrow stairs; intermittent construction next door; kitchen tight (but had everything we needed)Pros: Elevator; AMAZING view; clean; nicely decorated; convenient location; shaded parking; great communication from property managerOnly recommendation would be to get a Roomba. We tried very hard not to drag in sand but it still happened.

We had a lovely week at this condo. Perfect view from the balcony to watch the sunrise. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again!

The property was perfect for a couple. Great view of the beach and easy access to the beach. Parking is a bit of a problem as the elevator is on the north end and the condo on the south with stairs. Property management required an agreed contract but stated they could move us without notice and without the ability for refund. Took some work but finally they acquiesed. Would stay here again.
