2 storey with no elevator. Hosts may help to carry luggages upstairs. Order to cook breakfast, fruits bowl with choices. 👍. Only 2 parking in premises. Hosts will help you to find one on the street. Walkable to bar and restaurant. Can’t open window at night due to the noise from street.

Lovely BnB with an excellent breakfast. Only issue was the shower which was very tiny and very hard to control water flow. Otherwise 5 star. As with most BnB's there are narrow stairs to climb which might be difficult for older people or those with luggage.

Our room was up one flight of stairs. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and had good variety. Parking is along the street and is free, but is a bit limited. The wi-fi signal was spotty and could stand improvement, but perhaps this was a one-off thing. I would definitely stay here again .

Owners and staff were excellent. Food was good with good verity. Place was exceptionally clean. Parking was on the street. Carpet on one stair case was loose and felt unsafe.

Be prepared to walk up steep flights of stairs. Room dated, towels all different sizes. Linen and bedding clean but dated. Bathroom sink is small, limited space for toiletries. TV is very small but we didn’t watch it so OK. Shower worked well. Breakfast was very good. Service excellent. The proprietor gave good information about what to see and how to get there

First off, I must say how much I love bed and breakfast properties. The owners take great pride in ensuring each guest has a lovely stay and especially this one. The owner is lovely and so welcoming. The breakfast was good and room was thoughtfully appointed. Easy walk over to cathedral and colorful row cottages for the iconic Cobh postcard picture and great pubs/restaurants. Parking on site for B&B was plentiful and property was easy to find using google maps. Since no property will ever be perfect, my only suggestion to owner is to maybe remove some furniture pieces from the room….we stayed in room #1 (awesome view by the way) as if someone had mobility issues or was prone to falling, this could be a big liability to you or potentially ruin a guest’s vacation due to injury. That’s it….all else was wonderful and would stay here again!

Everything is so clean and the staff is so friendly! They gave great tips on what to go see, they are excellent at communicating with the guests. And the breakfast they serve is superb! Can’t recommend Fallons enough!

The host and hostess were VERY friendly and helpful. Communication was great. They texted me to confirm my arrival time, and waited for us. Much appreciated! The cooked-to-order traditional Irish breakfast was delicious.

Our stay at Fallons was wonderful, both comfortable and cozy having the bed and breakfast experience we were looking for. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating and gave us great suggestions on places to eat as well as local sights to visit. Terrific breakfast was included with quick service but certainly not rushed. Charming!

We had a fabulous stay. The town is quaint and so perfect for anyone not looking to stay in a but city but be close by. Many dining options nearby. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and Maeve and Niall were wonderful hosts.

Great stay at this lovely BnB! Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring the surrounding area. Room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Would definitely recommend a visit to BlackHead/Fanore Beach and Hazel Mountain Chocolate Factory.

Amazing B&B I wish I would have known how amazing this place was so we would have stayed so much longer. The staff was very nice and always willing to make out stay better. Location was great with many local bars to have a nice pint. Close to major things. Breakfast was 10/10!!!

Enjoyed our stay at Fallons B&B. The welcome was warm and enthusiastic! Rooms were clean and the traditional Irish breakfast fueled our day of hiking perfectly.

Our room was up one flight of stairs. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and had good variety. Parking is along the street and is free, but is a bit limited. The wi-fi signal was spotty and could stand improvement, but perhaps this was a one-off thing. I would definitely stay here again .

As bed and breakfast goes this does everything it’s supposed to Host lovely and very helpful The premises was spotlessly clean Staff were all very welcoming Breakfast was massive Might need to take a look at the coffee that was the only downsides for me but over all very good value for money well done 👏

Wonderful B&B in Kinvara. Location is great, right in town so can walk everywhere. Staff(family) is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Great choice.

I ordered a room at Hotels.com. It didn’t specify clearly that the check in closes at 20:00 (8 pm). It came to my attention after I got an email the day of the check in. I immediately contacted them. It was physically impossible to make it before 8pm, so they would not accommodate a check in at 23:00. Even after multiple chats back and forth I had to cancel my room, with no refund. I asked them to refund and fix the issue with hotels.com, to make the check in times clearly stated, but Maeve at Fallons didn’t seem to care. Neither did Hotels.com. Poor customer care imo…

No parking available at the hotel. Parlmking may be difficult at busy times of the year. Rooms are clean but would need renovation. Personal is kind but not as helpful and welcoming as we had at other places. Breakfast is good.
