Excelente hotel!!

The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the capacity, a waiting line outside the restaurant because of lack of tables, at some point no coffee cups and plates. Last: the pool. It is such a small pool for a booked hotel that if everyone decided to swim at the same time, clearly that wouldn’t be possible to happen because it wouldn’t fit.

Hotel de boa localização,ótimos funcionários principalmente Janaína com seu bom humor logo de manhã e nos atendendo super bem e também a Edjane muito atenta ,muito prestativa ambas , tudo de bom.Recepção todos excelente.E o motorista e também guia Washington excelente pode procurá-lo conhece bem a região sempre ajudando e levando para os melhores passeios da região.Quarto limpo.Café da manhã com muita variedade.

Experiência razoável. Precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos.
