Voll ausgestattete Villa mit privatem Pool, Grill und Garten | Neben dem Strand

The location is very great, very close to the beach,af few small supermarkets, different restaurants and bars. The kids loved the private pool. The house is spacious enough for a family. The neighbourhood is most of the time quiet. Closing the doors is very noisy.

We have rented private villas, in Cyprus, for many years and even stayed in one villa that is on the same complex as this one. We paid for money, than we normally would pay – as it was a special wedding anniversary ( 25 years ). We were therefore somewhat disappointed in this villa, for the reasons given below. Described as new but the interior decor was tired and in need of attention. Interior No toaster as mentioned in the list of included items. Two white ceiling lights had exposed wiring and the existing holes ( presume older light fittings ) were visible. Blind at the window was rusty. The light in the hall area didn't work. Missing cupboard door on kitchen island ( where toys were stored ). Both sets of patio doors had no curtains, but the curtain rails were still present. Air conditioning unit in the lounge had been poorly fitted, with exposed hole at the bottom. Big chunk of the wall missing, near the patio doors in the lounge area. Master bedroom en-suite only had one working light, which we were told about but meant this was too dark at night to use. Lots of switches on the ground floor, that didn't appear to have a function. Exterior Pool was too deep, with no shallow end - so not able to use, as my wife is 4ft 11 inches. Some exterior lights didn't work ( one near the pool, one near the front door, neither on fan units ) Cushions on exterior seating were very dirty and zips were broken.

Bra läge. Många restauranger på gångavstånd. Ca 400 meter till stranden. Dock inga bra matbutiker i närheten om man vill göra middag i huset.
