We have a strict QUIET HOURS policy in common areas between 23hrs and 7am, as we're located in a residential neighbourhood. Disruption of this will result in a check out, without a refund.
🕒 Check-In: from 11:00 - midnight (00:00). Later arrivals are possible via self check in, but if staff assistance is required past midnight a 10€ will apply.
🕤 Check-Out: by 10:30
(We offer 24-hour check-in STARTING from 11am on the day of your booking, but the front desk is open from 08:00–12:00 and 19:00–00:00. If you're arriving outside these hours, just email us with your ETA so we can send you the door code.)

Cancellation: Let us know at least 72 hours before arrival, or we’ll have to charge the full stay. No-shows too.
Cancellation Policy:
72 hours prior to arrival. After that bookings can't be modified and the full booking cost will be charged to your card. Late cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 100% of their stay.
Cards accepted only for bookings of 3 nights or more.
We’re a small space aimed at solo travellers– no groups over 3 guests are permitted.
Staying 10 days or longer? A 30% non-refundable deposit applies.
Vaping is strictly prohibited indoors as it sets off the fire alarm. If fire brigade is called due to this, they'll apply a 200€ fine. Vaping & smoking are only permissable in the garen.
The Garden/ Noise levels, closes at 23hours. This is a City Law, as we're located in a quiet, residential area. We kindly ask guests to adhere to this only policy we have.
