Throughout our stay, the staff were all so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great variety of options for breakfast and we didn’t have one bad meal when we ate in any of the restaurants. Would also highly recommend the Winchester bar for a drink.

Alles super,- bis auf das Lärm, welches unten am Pool ist. Bar neben dem Pool. Alle Geräusche (bis 02:00 Uhr) sind von den Zimmern zu hören. Die Zimmer zum Pool vermeiden,- es sei denn Ihr seid auch in Partylaune:)

Clean business hotel, a tad expensive for what you get. Surprised to see the Executive Lounge not operational. In fact,it seemed to be used for storage. Room was freezing cold and AC controls did not seem to work too well.

The property was good but doesn't meet the usual Radisson standards. The room was okay but a little short for the 4 people stay. Some of the personnel are nice but some of them are not at all interested to the customer needs. The breakfast is amazing and the best of all our stay. It is too loud in the night and not able to adjust the temperature in the room even after the technician visited the room. The swimming pool is worth mention too. Overall good stay but not great.

After staying in most hotels in the area I can safely say that you will not be disappointed with your hotel stay. The room is of a modern design, so is the bathroom, I enjoyed the showers, everything is clean, the gym has a good choice of equipment and the pool was a pleasure to use. I also used their car service and was of good service. So you ask why not 5/5, air con, I am from the UK and can take the cold but when the air con direction is on the bed, you find yourself covered from head to toe, even at the lowest setting, or you switch off the air con, I choose to switch off the air con once the room was cooled. Overall, I will gladly stay here again as I enjoy my stay.

My family and I had a great stay here! The customer service is exceptional—the staff is the sweetest, also professional and efficient. Shubhendu, Ranjan, Cristina, Melody, Esther, Tanisha, Siva, Sathya, and the rest went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than comfortable and helped us so much with all our needs. We are very grateful to the entire team and appreciate the service offered. The rooms were clean and well-kept, gym was well equipped, and the food was absolutely delicious!

My family and I had a great stay here! The customer service is exceptional—the staff is the sweetest, also professional and efficient. Hotel has all the local amenties near by such as restaurants and a bus link to the main train station and the metro system which takes 10 minutes at least. The quality of the decor in the rooms is quite bad as in terms of over paint on fittings. The hotel gives stirrers rather than spoons for the tea set, metal spoons are needed. The view from the break fast table is not nice due to the black horrible river next door other wise the area is safe. They pool shuts at 19.00 but needs to be open until 21.00. I mainly ate outside at Sangeetha's veg restaurant and the Havmor ice cream parlour which is 1 minute walk away from the hotel. There's an unpleasant burning ghee smell as you enter the swimming pool area from the breakfast area. Breakfast service good.

The air conditioner in the rooms needs cleaning and maintenance, some of us got a very bad cough and sore throat from it and had to switch it off. Buffet breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were also helpful and attentive.

Overall a good place to stay. Quality of food was good, rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The only issue was that for both days of our stay we did not have hot water in the shower. The water was cold, barely even lukewarm. Our room was on the 6th floor.

The room is good, but I think it should have been better and a little bigger, but it’s the way it is and it’s little clumsy, but it’s okay. You can spend time and come out the shower in the bathroom is good which I like the most. The staff is also good. The building is a little old, but they maintain it somehow, and I think they can quickly do some round up with your staff to make them understand how important it is to respond to call quickly and come over because water is something very important, and when it is asked for there is nothing to be thought or you thinking because a person can be dehydrating and needs water quickly. Hope that makes sense.

The staff, in particular the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and courteous. They anticipated our needs and made sure it was taken care of in a prompt manner. The best part are the staff. They are amazing and nothing is too much work. Room service went over and above when my dad was unwell and did it with a smile. The concierge and FOM are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The concierge even bought me some organic hair colour on his own time after work!! The buffet breakfast of 50 items is fantastic and the staff are only too happy to make you anything from local dishes to eggs anyway, to pancakes or waffles if you need additions to their already large buffet. This is my second stay here and I will return. Thank you.

My family and I had a great stay here! The customer service is exceptional—the staff is the sweetest, also professional and efficient. Shubhendu, Ranjan, Cristina, Melody, Esther, Tanisha, Siva, Sathya, and the rest went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than comfortable and helped us so much with all our needs. We are very grateful to the entire team and appreciate the service offered. The rooms were clean and well-kept, gym was well equipped, and the food was absolutely delicious!

We had a very pleasant stay at *Radisson Blu* during our trip for a US visa appointment. The hotel is conveniently located just about 2 km from the US Consulate, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting for embassy-related purposes. The property is perfect for families, especially those with kids. Our children enjoyed the stay thoroughly, and we felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout. A special mention goes to the *complimentary breakfast*—it was truly exceptional! There was a wide variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and served hot. It was a delightful way to start the day, and our kids absolutely loved it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially if you're traveling with family.

Hotel has all the local amenties near by such as restaurants and a bus link to the main train station and the metro system which takes 10 minutes at least. The quality of the decor in the rooms is quite bad as in terms of over paint on fittings. The hotel gives stirrers rather than spoons for the tea set, metal spoons are needed. The view from the break fast table is not nice due to the black horrible river next door other wise the area is safe. They pool shuts at 19.00 but needs to be open until 21.00. I mainly ate outside at Sangeetha's veg restaurant and the Havmor ice cream parlour which is 1 minute walk away from the hotel. There's an unpleasant burning ghee smell as you enter the swimming pool area from the breakfast area. Breakfast service good.

The staff, in particular the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and courteous. They anticipated our needs and made sure it was taken care of in a prompt manner. The food is of good quality, and food variety is good but the flavors tend to be a little bland for I down food, probably catering to an international audience. Great team of employees!

I stayed one night at "Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre hotel, i am not ok with the service and the maintenance of the bathroom. I did late check-in, once i did check-in front desk person helped me on getting into my room. Room was maintained well and it was good. We spent an hour and after that i went to wash room, I could see the toilet was used by someone and it was not cleaned and flushed. When i called the front desk they said they will send the person to clean. after some time this was solved. After an hour we tried to connect the Wifi it was not working. when i try to call the front desk they updated my Surname and asked me to login after refreshing the page. I tried the same way but that did not worked out. Since the bathroom was cleaned i went to the restroom again. to wash my hand i use the hand soap but there is no hand soap it was empty. When i tried the front desk multiple time no one picked up. I directly walk into the front desk at the midnight and informed about this. they said will be taken care. same time i checked about the Wifi they verified and they provided alternate way to use the wifi. Overall they Room was neat and clean and the Breakfast was nice and the service was good. Service and the treating the guest needs to be improved lot.
