M Star Hotel Mansfield

Way overpriced for a hotel with no amenities, room was extremely outdated and very dingy.

Tiny parking lot. Very shady looking people hanging out in and around the hotel. Room was gross. Stain on the pillow case. Balcony door would not open from the outside if unlocked and closed. Something that looked like blood on the phone. Felt very uncomfortable and afraid my car would be broken into. 50 dollar deposit for some reason. We didn't stay. Couldn't cancel, so we ate the charge and went anywhere else. Would not recommend to anyone. Even my worst enemy.

Average facility. Hard to find from US 30 Mansfield is an old factory town and streets not very clear

Location was on nostalgic main drag. Parking was okay. Hotel smelled of smoke...even non smoking area. AC worked but was noisy. Bathroom did not appear to be cleaned. Sink was clogged with hair. Lots of noise at 3am in hallway. Tried to save a few bucks...wont do that again!

Arrived at the property after dark, first impression was scary, turned around and left. No other options so I returned, asked to view the room first, was ok, I asked if I would be safe here. Online photos had to be 50 years ago, poor maintenance through out, everything had a sticky feel to the touch. The bed was the only thing that was good, made up well and clean. All of my local friends was shocked to hear I was staying there. From my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is nice enough, but it is outrageous that they should charge 20$ to their customers to park their car. The pricing is not displayed or easily found even online. For comparison, that's more expensive than parking at the MCO airport economy lot. They are basically penalizing their guests for bringing them business. It's a great way to ensure your guests don't feel welcome! Not coming back!

Room didn’t look same as picture on line. It is smoking and non smoking but all you could smell was smoke. Not enough outlets. The balcony door didn’t shut properly. Wasn’t able to control heat, had to run AC or leave outside door open to be comfortable. There was three ways to get into hotel but only one way was safe.

Nice place to stay for business. Not a lot to offer but was ok for my needs.

This facility was very dirty. It smelled very bad like cigarette smoke and drugs. There were bugs and the beds were filthy. When we sat on the bed it sank, felt like paper mache , The bathroom was very dirty. I went down to the front desk to complain about the smoke due our asthma and they disregarded me and told me I was in non-smoking room, they were not giving me a refund. I was there under an hour and I had to leave. It was dangerous. There were many people outside doing things not safe for children to be around. Also they wouldn’t answer the phone when hotel.com tried calling them numerous times! The furniture had dirt and ashes on it and everything was very dirty! I will be calling the health department! Also when hotel.com finally was able to talk to them today they lied and said I was there for the duration of my reservation, I left under a hour of checking in!! I was only in the room talking to a live agent to get help for our situation, in which no one was able to help me! I turned the key back in and left immediately!! There is proof in there cameras in the building!! I will contact my lawyer!! I over paid for a non smoking room for the health of my family and they did not fulfill that in my reservation! Among many other issues!

Most disgusting room ever. The MOLD around the shower door was so bad, my eyes swelled up and my nose completely closed up. Also had some small bug flying around the room. Nat’s would be my guess. I have pictures. You’re crazy if you stay here. I checked out after just 3 hours. I told the manager the problem and his only response was “ok”. Never again.

In town for Inkcarceration. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was clean. The beds were on the firmer side, but not uncomfortable. The toilet runs, so each time I flushed I had to raise the handle back up to stop it.

The biggest thing that concern does, was the shower had some leftover items in it. That would mean that more than likely the maid didn't clean the shower before us getting there.

We really enjoyed the stay 6days actually , housekeeping was very consistently on time daily, nice clean lenens

The whole place stunk of cigarettes even though it said non smoking rooms. All my clothes smelled like it after I checked out. There was also what looked like a used sex ring toy on the floor next to the bed. Disgusting! The toilet had crap splattered in the bowl and the shower was gross. It had hair and other stuff on the walls and on the shower floor. The curtains were thin and the lights outside my window were so damn bright that I could barely sleep. Aside from having a balcony there was nothing pleasant about my stay. I will not be staying there again.

Smell of smoke every where

Didn’t like the smell, the broken shower door, the noisy ac and the curtains that let in all the light.

This motel was perfect for what i needed. Basic amenities, but very clean and reasonably priced. I would reccommend staying here.

Paid for room couldn’t pay for security deposit until morning refused to give me room still and didn’t refund my money. Horrible place

The staff was particularly good. Very helpful manager and the cleaning crew were great.

The room was sufficient for an overnight stay, and the location was convenient to downtown. Since they allow smoking, the hotel and non-smoking rooms still smell of cigarette smoke.

Near a great diner called Mansfield Family Diner

This is not a luxury but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and the downtown location is great.
