This was a fantastic spot to base out of for a few days of hiking in the White Mountains. Clean and comfortable, minutes from Franconia Ridge trailheads and Lincoln restaurants, and the owners were super friendly and helpful with hiking suggestions. The pool, fire pit, and lawn games were an unexpected treat after a long day in the trail.

Loved the cottage with its screened in porch. Very cozy, quiet, convenient to both Lincoln Woods and Franconia Notch trailheads. Would definitely stay again; we have stayed at most of the hotels in Lincoln and this was one of our favorite ones.

This was our second stay here and we would stay there again. The decor may be a bit dated, but everything seemed clean and in working order. Our double room had once been two separate adjoining rooms that had been set up to be a suite with a separate living area in one room and a queen and single bed very close together in another room. I think the sofa may have opened up into a bed too, but I'm not sure. We were pleasantly surprised to learn upon arrival that we had been upgraded to the larger room though, perhaps because the proprietor knew that we had been there before. They have a pool which we haven't used yet, and they supposedly do nightly bonfires outback, which sound like a nice idea, but after a long day of hiking, we are always too tired.

We were very comfortable and the price was good, even though we booked just days before a holiday weekend. We were sorry we did not have time to visit the pool or the nightly bonfire. We would definitely stay here again!

The room my friend and I stayed in was really nice, the heated pool was fun to swim around in and it was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very friendly. We definitely plan on staying there again

Upon arrival the manager, Mathew, went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and myself. Beautiful facility. Very nice room! The pool was sparkling clean. What an exceptional find!

The owners are great, the place has clean hotel style options up front, cabins out back and a clean inground pool. They have plenty of cut wood they guests are welcome to use to set a fire with out back and enjoy.

It had all the basics — a comfy bed, a bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave, and a TV — and honestly, that’s all we needed. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite parts. We sat out there at night watching movies, which made it feel cozy and relaxing. It was easy to find, super convenient, and the best part by far was the staff — especially the young woman who helped us during our stay. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you were always smiling, waving hello in the morning, and checking in to see if we needed anything. The 24-hour coffee and tea in the office was a nice touch, too. She asked about our plans, offered recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Her kindness made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

The couple at the front desk were so friendly and kind, they made us feel like they were welcoming us into their home. They offered us tea with an electric kettle for the room when they realized my friends were British, which was appreciated. The room was clean and spacious with an updated bathroom. It is in a very convenient location by Clark's Bears, next to a gas station and a 5 min drive to the main strip by Loon Mountain and Kancamagus Hwy.

My husband and I just came for a short 2 night getaway into the mountains and this cabin was perfect. Small but very cozy with everything you would need and it was a very reasonable price. Also liked that the cabins were tucked back away from the road. The owner who greeted was very friendly and made sure we had everything. Definitely would recommend for a little getaway

What a gem! Situated perfectly to enjoy the White Mountains area. The owners are incredibly kind! They purchased the place, and their investment is already evident. The bathrooms and kitchen area have been renovated, and everything else is in good condition. We stayed in a family room in the motel area and will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay! Loved every minute! The motel was a beautifully updated motel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and charming. The bathroom had just been redone. The refrigerator/freezer space generous which we appreciated. The room and area was quiet. There was a long, wide porch with chairs and benches to enjoy the Mountain View’s. The owners were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating in every way. There were many thoughtful touches that made us feel well cared for. Thanks to Esse and her hubby! Upon arrival the manager, Mathew, went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and myself. Beautiful facility. Very nice room! The pool was sparkling clean. What an exceptional find!

Excellent hospitality, greeted warmly and professionally, owner was interested in our trip, offered hiking information. We were advised to contact him anytime should we need assistance. Our room was clean, updated, fully supplied with towels. The rooms were cleaned daily. Fully recommended this location.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the property owners here. Not only were they incredibly helpful with restaurant and coffee recommendations, and overall very kind, they were exceptionally kind when I got food poisoning and made a mess. I was very embarrassed but they were very reassuring and provided me with lysol when requested so I could clean so they did not have to. Would love to stay again, you can tell they are great people!

Nice motel in a good location. Very convenient to Franconia Notch Flume center. Not fancy but clean & comfortable. Matt is incredibly helpful and has great hiking recommendations!

Loved the cottage with its screened in porch. Very cozy, quiet, convenient to both Lincoln Woods and Franconia Notch trailheads. Would definitely stay again; we have stayed at most of the hotels in Lincoln and this was one of our favorite ones.

This is a great little place if you’re looking for a place to stay for the night or a couple of days at a reasonable price that is very convenient to loon Mountain and some other white mountain activities. It is family owned by a nice friendly couple who care about you enjoying your stay, and are very friendly. it is not the Taj Mahal, but it’s priced well for its simple, clean, comfy and very conveniently located accommodations.

Our stay at the Profile Motel was genuinely perfect. The hosts, the room comfort and cleanliness made our stay very relaxing. We had our 11 year old grandson with us who was not bored for a second. We swam, played numerous games of bocce and walked the hiking trail in the back of the motel. It's location was great, we hit many of the attractions without having to travel far. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for a nice week!

We recently stayed at Profile Motels and Cottages, and I just wanted to leave a quick review. We absolutely loved it. It had all the basics — a comfy bed, a bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave, and a TV — and honestly, that’s all we needed. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite parts. We sat out there at night watching movies, which made it feel cozy and relaxing. It was easy to find, super convenient, and the best part by far was the staff — especially the young woman who helped us during our stay. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you were always smiling, waving hello in the morning, and checking in to see if we needed anything. The 24-hour coffee and tea in the office was a nice touch, too. She asked about our plans, offered recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Amazing owners. Warm welcome at the counter desk, even though it was 9 PM! Thanks for the Flapjack's recommandation for breakfast! We ended up trying it and it was well worth it :)! Would definitely stay there again, cheap/clean and cute cottages

We particularly appreciated the kindness of the owner couple who let us taste different cakes in preparation for the opening of their little café. Their advice was also helpful. The cabin is clean and comfortable, with a mini gazebo perfect for sipping coffee or having a drink. We would definitely recommend it.

From the outside, the motel appears to be very old and rundown, but it was recently remodeled on the inside with new tile, toilet, sinks and carpet. Plenty of room in the room as well as refrigerator and microwave. Free coffee at the office; the staff (a young couple whom our new owners) were very accommodating, giving excellent recommendations for food. The surrounding motels were twice the price, but this was totally worth it! Great location!

Really nice owners of the hotel and very accommodating. A couple of nice hikes right in back of the property and the flume gorge and The Basin are both great. The Basin is especially pretty - we went early in the morning before Flume Gorge.
