Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were clean and it was a good place to stay.

If the jacuzzi tub worked that would be great. Better heat control would be good. Either super hot or cold in the room.

It was cold in the room. I know it was really cold outside, but it was probably about 50 to 60 in the room. When we called the desk, someone came up and said it will just take time to get up to temperature. We asked for some extra blankets, he said there is one on the bed(VERY thin) and they don't give out extra ones. Luckily we had some blankets in our car and another room. Otherwise, we probably would have left! Room itself wasn't bad.

Had to call to enter the building upon arrival, had to search internet for hotel number. Room was not clean, multiple patched holes in walls, found multiple left behind garbage from previous peoples stays. No outlet cover on one outlet, light on desk flickered the minute the table was bumped. Safety chain lock was not usable, nothing to attach chain to so the door was never secure. Sheets and towels stained, fridge was barely keeping things cold. Smell of pot could be smelt throughout the whole hotel. “Breakfast” was coffee, juice, and prepackaged mini muffins, tiny pastries, and chewy granola bars.
