Room was not really clean. Noisy neighbour until 2 am, front office was helpful but no working phone in our room

Uncleanness...carpet smell like mildew and soaking wet...dirty bathtub...mold growing on and around base boards walls and toilet...not a safe environment! Please take off your website ASAP!!

The room smells like wet carpet. (Mold) The bathroom door was warped and the wood was falling out of the bottom of the door. My son and I now have sinus infections and I think it’s from the mold/wet. Very upset.
